I am really excited to build my new home in Melbourne North-West Job# 108385. HBC team has been terrific from sales to HIA contract signing. Darren Griffin and Rachel Jernejcic explained everything to me clearly and they have been very transparent on what I have been signing for. They answered all questions that I raised. Now is is going to be the waiting game for the land title to be released! Fingers crossed there will be no delays. The only thing that I would say that can be improved is the ability to make small changes. I signed up for the GO range and contract says no structural or cosmetic changes would be allowed so that was a bit unpleasing. Overall HBC team have been very helpful and I cannot wait for construction to begin!

Pandemic and lockdowns didn’t hinder them in performing their duties specially Ms Francesca Timpano. She handled us professionally and patiently specially in terms of adjustments and late change of mind in our colour selections. She make it sure that everything is done properly from variation adjustments, paper works and even after the start of our construction, she’s still there to make it sure everything runs perfect and smooth. I am currently in the process of building my first house, a task I thought would be hard. But the team at Homebuyers Centre have made the experience seamless, professional and exciting. Could not be happier to have picked them as my builder. Special mention to Jordan who has guided me through this experience, I don't think I could have been in better hands!

We are in the process of a new build with Homebuyers. It’s not easy doing a big thing like this in a pandemic. From our 1st consultation to our pre construction process last week, we cannot fault them so far.
There has been great communication & willingness to help with suggestions & ideas. Excited now for construction to start.

My partner and I would like to give a big thank you to Paul Innes and his team for getting us to where we are currently! They've gone the extra mile every step of the way - from the day we stumbled into the HBC display homes to helping us secure a land we didn't think was possible. We've still got a while to go with land titling a couple months away, but we know we're in good hands.
Would highly recommend more people, especially first home buyers, to look into HBC. They're professional and transparent in their dealings, which we greatly appreciate!

My experience with HBC has been stress free. Dimos got the ball rolling and was extremely helpful with all my needs and answered all my endless questions. Jordan was my Prestart Consultant and has been very easy to work, he’s kept me updated with every step, responds to every call or email promptly and has ensured all the documents are correct and signed. From the moment I walked into the display home at Berwick I was warmly welcomed by Ellen and Nunzio. The service they provided was above and beyond that I had experienced from other builders.
Ellen was an absolute gem as she helped me through the whole process as this was my first time buying a house and had zero experience but made it feel like I have done this multiple times. I can not thank you enough as you made the experience exciting for me rather than stressful and daunting but most importantly had the time of day for any questions I had, any problems I ran into also any changes I requested you got it done and having Nunzio by her side was a bonus. If you are in the same position as me buying your first home or looking to buy another home I would highly recommend you go see them I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

The team at Homebuyers Centre are a pleasure to deal with. For me, their professionalism has been the key stand-out point of the experience so far.

Our sales consultant Nunzio was always very polite, to the point and very prompt with his communications. He seems incredibly passionate about his work, and was very patient with my numerous requests for changes to the plan.

Our prestart consultant Maria was lovely and super friendly, she and her team went out of their way to try and accommodate some of my non-standard modifications and additions. She and her team have also been very thorough and proactive, spotting and notifying us of items that could cause issues during the construction stage.

As a side note, in our situation we seemed to have signed up about the same time that HomeBuyers Centre was reviewing their build pricing. Unfortunately, we received the increased pricing even though we had started negotiating prior to the price changes. This seemed to do with how HomeBuyers Centre updates their pricing from their head office other than anything else.

I’m really looking forward to the next stage (construction) and the excitement that will bring.

Be sure to ask for Nunzio if you call up (and Maria when you get to the pre-start phase), they really know their stuff!

Very streamlined and easy to follow process. All my consultants showed great customer service, were prompt and professional. Definitely recommend Homebuyers Centre for those looking to build a house.

I have recently signed up to build with Homebuyers Centre (JOB 105456) and have had an excellent experience thus far. My prestart consultant, Maria, has been nothing short of amazing. She responds quickly, puts thought into her responses and is happy to answer ANY and ALL questions I have (and there are a lot as this is my first build). Having her on the team is a great asset to HBC. On another note, the floor plan and colour selection process has been smooth sailing for me, thanks to Blake at the display village.

We built with homebuyers and were with them for 6 years from paying down our debts to saving for the house and land.
We couldn’t have done it with out their help.
Every one has been super amazing.
The build was so quick without even one hassle.

Throughout the build and the different processes, I was always keep up to date constantly with the progress by all the teams involved. I found the workmanship and build quality to be of a high standard. Final cost was lower then expected and the build was completed ahead of schedule, even through COVID, which was fantastic

Visited the Minta (Berwick) display on the weekend - what a gorgeous home and facade! The home seemed to have been built to a really high standard and the sales staff were very friendly and helpful. I am contracted to build with Homebuyers and can't wait to get in to my new home.
