Our Pre construction team member from HBC Leah Harrison has been extremely helpful through this entire process! We have had a lot of questions and she has always answered them very quickly and made the whole process of building our new home exciting and very enjoyable. I hope anyone building with HBC will enjoy her level as service as much as we have!

I am at the first stages of organising my house build, and so far my interactions with the consultants Sarina and Jayme have been very accommodating and friendly.so far it has made building a house in the current build climate very reassuring. Quick to reply to emails and very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining terminology and requirements needed for those of us unfamiliar with what is require.
I would definitely recommend so far as per my consultant and pre-construction phase.

Can’t express how amazing the entire team have been. My partner and I were on the hunt for some land to build on and from many happy people we are close with suggesting Homebuyers it was an easy choice. From the initial email to the consultation, start to finish they have been absolutely a pleasure and can’t speak of the entire team more highly. They made everything so easy with their eagerness to assist and their openness with information. Never had any doubt throughout the entire process.

We had an excellent experience with HBC. We have always loved the Boutique homes when visiting displays and next door was the HBC display home as they are also part of the ABN Building Group. We found HBC suited us as first home buyers are their specialty.

We had previously experienced poor customer service at other builders but Blake from HBC at the Anchoridge display village made us feel comfortable and taken seriously. We have also worked with Maria as our Prestart Consultant who has been excellent presenting us with all our options and understanding what we wish to achieve as the customer to present us with a home design we can be truly happy with.

Strongly recommend all first home buyers (or any home buyer!) should visit a HBC display home to meet and discuss options with their local Sales Consultant.

As a first home buyer, everyone at HomeBuyers Centre has been clear and honest with me during the entire design/build process. I enjoyed the regular contact throughout the process and the fixed price has really given me piece of mind.

Homebuyers Centre are the builder to go to for all first home owners who are looking for a great quality build at affordable prices. Homebuyers work with the client to package up all you want and need into your house and land. Building through a pandemic is not easy, but Homebuyers are there every step of the way with staff that are supportive, knowledgeable and responsive. Our special thanks to Rick, Konnie and Jordan for their friendliness, honest communication and hard work to bring our dream family home to life! I would give this review zero stars if I could; utterly useless. I initially communicated with Kevin who was nice at first but then disappeared; he didn’t respond to my final email after he sent me a photo of a facade I ‘finally‘ liked but I later figured out I couldn’t actually have because of its size (when Kevin was fully aware of what I was looking for in size; just weird) and he literally disappeared; didn’t respond to my email. Then I submitted another online request to hear from someone and I stated I’d been disappointed in relation to Kevin & I ended up hearing from Darren who was initially ok & said he would consult with his manager about my query and I never heard back from him either! Really poor service, no follow-through, no help whatsoever! I never use or recommend this service again.

Homebuyers Centre have made the whole experience so far of building our first home great. Ebony spent alot of time with us explaining the whole process to ease our anxiousness and we feel very comfortable with the choices we've made. Rachel was also prompt in following up with us and made the contract signing process easy to understand. The house design and price was perfect for our little family. We are only in early stages but we already can't wait to move into our home!

Currently building with Homebuyers, everything has been great so far. Can’t wait for construction to start!

Dealt with Nathan Rix for the colour scheme. Nathan has been very helpful along our journey. Homebuyers have been really good to deal with and have made it fun and exciting along the way for our first home. We have been dealing with Chandon, Tauran & Nathan mostly for the very start but it is the best journey so far. I would highly recommend homebuyers to anyone looking to get in the market. My mate recommend homebuyers and was glad he did. Everything is well explained, & if you need it re explained they are to to explain it again. 10/10 experience. Job #108530

Homebuyers Centre is definitely a go to for first home buyers! We just have basic ideas of all this buying and building our first home and definitely they are very helpful, accommodating to all our queries and guides us thoroughly with no issues. We are very happy with everything from the preliminary works and until now. All the agents/consultants are wonderful and outstanding with their customer service! More power to you all!
