Homebuyers Centre Victoria

Now I'm in the construction process. So for their service is good. But only the problem is they don't have much variety. They have only one or two varieties on each item.
My Customer Experience Coordinator – Pre-Construction is Leah Harrison, and she is good. She used to give updates on time.

My partner and I have just been handed over for construction and could not of been happier with the pre-construction phase. Amelia Roberts, our pre-construction consultant, made everything clear and easy to understand. Overall a seamless experience so far. Bring on construction!

So far so good! Will likely be changing from 4 stars to 5 upon completion of my build. Had some difficulties with my initial consultant however am currently being supported by Jayme who is absolutely knowledgeable and has explained every step of the way with such detail. As a first home owner/builder, this was really important to me!

I have been very supported by Homebuyers Centre. Whenever I ask a questions it has been answered promptly and accurately. Thankyou!

Job #112215. I had my HIA signing & colours appointment with Maria yesterday and was absolutely blown away by the care and attention to detail that she had when going through my contact and options with me. I have built with the ABN group before but Maria still took the time to go through everything thoroughly with me to make sure that I was clear on everything that I was signing. She was also very patient with me while I was debating what colour schemes to go with and what options were worthwhile for me to upgrade during the appointment. Overall, very happy so far with my journey with Homebuyers Centre Vic and looking forward to the rest of the journey of building my home ️

We are so happy with the service we have received so far from homebuyers centre! We have felt so relaxed through the whole process thanks to the amazing customer service and we are so excited for the building process of our house to begin!

Homebuyer centre: please take care of him

I met this guy approx 4.30 pm today at Homebuyer centre Truganina, he doesn’t belong in sales or customer service, doesn’t even know how to meet & greet, forget the sales.

Built in Clyde North and it was a disappointing handover experience.
Finishings are so bad, there was no pride in the workmanship. Items picked up from their Quality Assurance team and by me were not even fixed.
Upgrades (security screen door, mirrored robes) as noted in the contract were not even installed.
What was supposed to be an exciting time, was a total nightmare! Settlement occurred on a Friday afternoon, with no Congratulations Hamper and I was greeted by sh1t stains in the toilet, dried up chewing gum in the cupboard, half a plaster board in the WIR and dust everywhere. The house had not been cleaned (though the SS said it had). You basically moved in to a job site… it is an absolute disgrace and the SS should be embarrassed of the state he handed the home in.
I am still living with blue tape everywhere, with promises that everything will get fixed…
I was asked to do a survey of my experience thus far, I had hoped that it gave HBC an opportunity to reassess and improve. It has not. I am still waiting and following up.

I do not want anyone else to go through the same stress and tears I am going through.

If you are undecided and need a sign, save yourself and DO NOT build with HBC. Overall, disappointing and unreliable.

My partner and I chose Homebuyers Centre because it was the only home we loved that actually fit our block. Their home designs are beautiful yet affordable. As first home buyers, we are both excited and confused. Maria, our pre-construction consultant, has been amazing though. She explains things thoroughly and guides us. She is approachable, easy to talk to, and puts our priorities and interests first. As a person who is a perfectionist, it took me a while to make decisions during our colour appointment however, she was very patient. She definitely knows how to achieve that impeccable customer satisfaction. Kudos as well to Adam for kickstarting our home building process. We can’t wait to see our future home. #111367

Our experience with Homebuyers centre so far has been amazing and of a high standard. There has been small things along the way that have needed to be amended in terms of our final plans and our customer experience coordinator Jayme has been absolutely fantastic. She is quick to respond, very helpful and thorough. This has made our journey smooth and stress free! We couldn't recommend her enough.

Our consultant Blake Pilkington has been wonderful to date. He has helped us through all steps throughout the process either in person or online. If there was ever a question that we had, he would always come back to us in a timely manner and find an answer. Blake and the team at Homebuyers Centre have been great to work with and I would highly recommend Blake and the team.

Being a Hamilton Property Group (HPG) / Snowdon victim that resulting in losing my deposit, I was very cautious and stressed about signing a new building contract. After much research, I made the decision to go with Homebuyers Centre and I have to say it has been such a refreshing and delightful experience so far. Nick Elsden was extremely accommodating and flexible with timeframes and was highly responsive to any queries I had. I never felt pressured to sign anything and it truly felt like a dream customer experience rather than being faced with the "hard sell. " Homebuyers Centre has been nothing but patient and supportive in answering all my questions and ensuring my deposit was safely covered by domestic building insurance within 48 hours of the funds being cleared. By law they were only required to provide this insurance certificate 7 days before site commencement, but Leah Harrison went above and beyond to help me out for my peace of mind. I am amazed that there is a builder out there who actually cares about their customers and what they have been through given the current climate. If I were asked whether I would build a home again based on my first experience with Snowdon/HPG, my response would have been a hard no; however, Homebuyers Centre has completely changed my view on this. If they continue to extend the same level of customer service provided so far throughout the entire build, all I can say is that I cannot recommend them enough to anyone wanting to build their dream home.

Although some hiccups during the construction, a few staffs was noteworthy in our first build journey.

1. Nick helped us secured the block with developer and he recommended a beautiful and functional design that suit our budget which we loved.

2. Caroline and Paul helped us to sorted out a building dispute with site manager Ali in a professional manner.

3. Defects —Kevin as warranty manager inspected and booked trades to attend promptly. Aaron arranged plumber in a call it was a breeze cheers

Special thanks to the painter Adam who attend to defects painting during rectified period, he may be a small part of this big company but we were appreciative and amazed by a quality trade, painting was redone nicely. Thank you!

Leah has has been amazing to deal with during our pre-construction phase of our new build. She has been very transparent with the process and has been amazing with keeping us up to date with all parts of the build. Highly recommended Leah and the team at HomeBuyers Center

Amazing customer service! Very prompt updates every step of the way and helped me find the perfect home design that suits me.

The home buyers centre was a good starting point and they have nice designs majority of the people that I had to deal with were very good but at the end of the day the construction manager I got given at one point wasn't answering my calls there was times where I wouldn't hear from him for 3 weeks and not to mention the unprofessional way that he spoke to me over the phone was extremely disappointing. The house was liveable for a month roughly and it was a mission to get the keys I had to threaten legal action just to get a hand over date.the quality of the build and the amount of money I paid was unbelievable there is so many things that are unfinished and not up to a decent standard but the construction manages seemed to think that it was alright the more I look around the house I realise that it was a mistake choosing the home buyers centre as you all know a house is a big investment so you should expect nothing but good quality
