Hollywood Nails Melbourne Central

This is the worst nail salon I have been to. The prices are quiet high $60 just for a refill. When the nail Lady painted my nails there was one that was smudged. And I told her if she can fix it. And she said she would but didn't and completely ignored me. Here is how she left my nail. How can you let customers walk out with nails like this!

My photo the black-white "space scene nails" i didn't them this thick this short, i had much longer natural nails when i entered the shop. An upper-class couple entered when i was halfway through my nails and I lost my artists attention completely. Very unprofessional. Worst experience

Wow! Absolutely blown away by the incredible service here. (First timer at this salon). I dare to say the best nail extensions i've ever had. It was a great experience from start to finish. I had plenty of time to choose from the extensive choice of beautiful colours. The girl took her time to do my nails, she asked me about the length and shape I wanted. I work in a bar so it took us a couple of goes to decide on the length which would be suitable & she was very patient with me. The attention to accuracy and precision was pure perfection. I felt entirely relaxed the entire time. I will absolutely be back. Thank you ladies. ️

Gel nails lifted after only days because they filed the edges off after application. Used an old, over used file and buffer caked in other clients’ nail dust. Go downstairs to Diamond nails for better, cheaper work.

SNS is always too thick, staff don’t know how to file it down evenly. Would go elsewhere if you want SNS.

Bad place. Dirty, poor/no customer service and unskilled staff. Went here when it was busy, staff took me in and let me wait over 30 mins while they were servicing other clients. Nail techs are rough with your hands. They left acrylic product all over my hands. Nails started lifting one week after going there. Nail tech had the audacity to charge me $5 extra for almond shape because it "takes more effort". They are simply rude. Please take your money elsewhere.

Such a poor experience. I got my nails done for my sisters wedding (I even told them I was getting my nails done for it) and they were horrible. Nails bumpy and uneven. Pretty sure I got the wrong colour and 4 of my nails were cut up, so I cant even get them redone. Will NEVER go back.

SO RUDE THE LADY LOOKED SO ANNOYED AND LIKE WOULDNT even give me time to pick my colour. If I’m a paying customer I should expect good service. Wouldn’t hurt to smile. Even accidentally cut my skin and yelled at me for moving my hand.

Incredibly rude staff. Regret every time I walk into this place. Rough handling, aggressive and angry staff. Absolutely do not appear they want to be there.

I did a shellac and the girl who did my nails did injures the corners of my skin around the nails when I complained about the scratches they weren’t apologetic at all and put a cotton wool. Seems like they are only interested in money and nothing else. Highly disappointed customer service never ever going there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Please don’t wax your face from them or you will end up with burnt marks like me on your face. Yesterday I went and got my full face waxed by them and the girl who waxed my face literally burned almost my full face. They are very unprofessional she didn’t even test the wax on me before seeing any reaction. This place needs to shut down or they need to hire professionals

I did gelish for my hands at Melbourne Central branch. When I got home and checked my account I have noticed that they charged me gelish and manicure!
When I told them they said that we don't remember you and can't refund with a very unpleasend behavior! I said I am your costumer for a year and they just don't care! And did nothing which was very rude.

Tried to hit me up with hidden additional costs. Terrible service (from management not technician). 2 stars for big selection of colour options. Really feel sorry for the staff.

Very bad experience. The color of the manicure came out significantly different from the sample. When my mum made a complain after the manicure, the staff rudely walked away and replied me an unmanned tone.very very very very bad service. Very disappointed!

Horrible. Dirty. Shifty. Not worth the money and we’re trying to charge me more for the nail shape. Left with bleeding cuticles and bubbles on every nail. AVOID!

Very low quality service, finished in around 5-10 mins, because they are going to close, the nail was broken after just 5mins later after finished the service, trust me don’t go

Very friendly and helpful staff, will chat if you want to or shut up if you wanna relax:) they always charge me less because I go once a month

They definitely do have a great service, friendly staff with professional skills especially with nail art.
