Worst service i’ve ever experienced.the older lady who did my nails cut my skin multiple times, messed up the design i asked for (french tip) and kept aggressive pushing my hands away when done.supposed to be $55 according to the price out the front but i ended up paying $95 for some reason.so unhappy.sat for 3 hours and left so unsatisfied.very messy

It was the worst nail I've ever had in my life. Even though it wasn't even 2 weeks, it took longer and the paint started to come off.even though I had SNS done, it was too thick. Overpriced place I won't go again

Went in for a full set of acrylics. First of all they took 2 and a half hours to complete the service, secondly they told me after the 2 hours that they weren’t able to do the simple design I was after. $85 for one standard colour! And $65 for a simple pedicure (usually happy to pay these prices if the service is good) The day after I got my nails done two of the nails had snapped after completing simple tasks like opening a door; after 3 days 6 nails had snapped at the tip and the paint (supposed shellac) was coming off the other nails.

I contacted support and they assured me of a complimentary service. When I went in to my appointment the staff denied me what I was promised and said that if they were to complete the service they would be charging full price despite showing the emails to them from support stating my complimentary service.

I get my nails done on a regular basis and have never experienced this low quality before. The customer service was terrible also. I don’t want anyone to have the same issue after spending money on a service, so I would be happy to recommend Venus nails, I have always had the best experience with them, the staff are lovely and they always do the most stunning nails.

Very poor and unfriendly customer service. Called to make a booking for me and mum. After arriving on time was still made to wait for additional 20 mins. Then the lady began to work on mum's nails and just left me to sit and watch next to her. I was not happy with her attitude and asked her how long till my nails would get done, she said only 10 mins. This is not what i expected when i made the booking for two people. I was hoping to get my nails done at the same time as mum, what's the point otherwise! I told her this and she said tried to blame it on me and said that i never told her what we wanted to get done. I told her she never asked me! After finishing mum's nails 20mins of waiting and watching she began mine. When buffing, was harsh and hurt my cuticles and did an absolute horrible job and had to tell her to fix her mistakes many times. She was rushing and cutting corners. Left with visible bubbles on my French manicure and lines from the way she applied the top coat. The worst service. She made us pay for manicure without even giving a proper manicure to mum. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Not if you enjoy a friendly service and atmosphere.

I went to this nail salon to remove my extension nails, one of the stuff took me in and cut my extensions and asked my to put my nails into a pungent remover for 30 mins. There was no change of my nails and no stuff did the removal for me meanwhile they were all doing nails for other customers. I asked the stuff who took me in and she was very impatient to tell me I need to spend more time to soak my nails in the remover. I just walked away cuz that’s not the proper and healthy way to remove nails. The worst experience ever!

This place is amazing! I got an ombre SNS manicure and they spent a lot of time (going over their closing time) getting it perfect and precise! Love it so much, staff were friendly and environment was lovely!

just went again and got sns tips and a solid pink colour and looks amazing as always! Took their time perfecting each nail.perfect service

Did a pretty decent job and was quick to get in, considering i was a walk in however there seems to be varying prices and i was charged an exorbitant amount for short, solid coloured nails. So beware you may be paying more than you expected.

I’ve been to emporium then I thought Melb central would be the same or similar. But it was completely different. I had really bad experience. Poor customer service. Make up price by them self. I request for design 4 fingers and they charge $95 before start I already asked the lady if she can do it. But when she start the first finger it was totally different so I just tell her I don’t like the pattern. She start yelling at me and throw stuff on the desk. After we end up normal colour (it’s worse shape) $95

Usually I would not leave reviews but my experience here wasn’t pleasant. I got my nails done with shellac polish and am not happy with the results. My nails have lumps throughout them and are all extremely uneven. They look like they have bubble marks throughout them and the service was poor.

TLDR: Come here if you want your nails ruined.
First of all, place is DIRTY AS. The table that I did manicure on, powder all over from previous people.
Secondly, left the place feeling like wth did I spend 1 hour in the shop for? Am I even getting a manicure or what? Shellac was done so unprofessionally. It was not smooth and it is very bumpy. Lines were not straight and had a lot of gel on the surroundings of my skin. Wished I took a picture of how bad it was but she quickly removed it. They also did it in such a thick layer. The more she put on, the worst it got. If it doesn’t look right at the start, stop layering it and continuing with it! And she even had to take the gel off TWICE to redo it because it was so gross. She wanted to take it off for the third time and I was like “just remove everything I don’t want it anymore”. Even I could’ve done it better myself. I had to ask them to remove it completely and left without any colour on my nails as I couldn’t stand how disastrous and gross it was. The Vietnamese lady that did my nails did not apologise and did not explain what was going on. She was also constantly speaking Vietnamese to the other workers whenever I asked a question about manicure. How rude is that? I’m not the most knowledgeable on nails and she couldn’t even explain it in a polite and friendly manner? It was as though she was looking down on me. She later on laughed at me together with the other lady worker when I asked what’s the difference between shallac and SNS. She was also very rude when I wanted to look at my nails to see how it is going. It was like she was preventing me from looking closely at my nails condition (with just a glimpse of my nails it was already looking so gross, not smooth, bumpy, colour around the skin of my nails). No communication whatsoever. She later on passed on to another lady to continue removing the poorly done shellac. This 2nd lady apologised. At least she apologised. It was not a good experience at all and will not be returning. Even as I left the store disappointed, the lady owner saw me and knew of the situation, but she did not even apologise. I only came to this place because the usual place where I go to (Zoe beauty bar) didn’t have any availabilities today. Zoe beauty bar is amazing and once you go there, nothing else beats it, only 2 girls work there and they provide the best service and manicure ever. You will feel so well looked after and will leave the store with beautiful nails based on my past few experiences with them.thank me later. Never go to Hollywood nails in Melbourne central. You won’t get what you pay for because service is beyond horrible and they are not professional at all.

I understand everything what they said in Vietnamese don’t show attitude not good look for a business I understand colour I want won’t work don’t kept saying it over and over I ask I want it that it don’t keep complaining

I walked in to get SNS done. I the lady at the front told the other lady it was shellac and as I heard them it did t register with me.

I sat down looking through colours and trying to make up my mind - the whole time the 2nd lady is sitting across from with no help or conversation at all just sitting there with no expression or any kind of customer interaction.

As she grabs my hand she says you have SNS I said yes that’s what I’d like then I remembered the other lady saying shellac so I apologised and said I’m so sorry it’s SNS I want.

She grabbed the tray of obviously shellac nail colours and let out a big sigh of dissatisfaction. Obviously didn’t sit well with me and I walked out after telling them how rude she was and her customer service was terrible and for such a nice nail salon no one goes there. I will never ever go there again and I will make sure my family and friends know about your terrible customer service.

The staff is negligent and doesn't care about the customers, the nail polish hasn't dried yet, then apply a new layer

Staff is lacking good communication skills, keep confusing the nail shape I want.
Ruined my nail shape, when I told her after she filed the third finger, she said needed to charge me an extra $5 by changing my mind on shapes!
But she didn’t even redone the shape was just make the rest fingers the shape I want!

Worst experience ever. Please don’t go and waste your time there. I just got my nails done there and the lady was in such a rush trying to get my nails done that twice she nicked me with her drill and it hurt. The finish on my nails is baaaaddd. Looks like I got it done 2 weeks ago. Rough surface and no finish at all. They look dull. Worst $50 spent today. Am so angry. And then she did not apply cream on my hands as. She was in a hurry to do someone else’s nails. So I asked her for cream and so she is blaming me saying it’s because I applied cream. I mean, really. Not the first time I got my nails done.please don’t ever go there and waste your money.

My nails lasted less then a week and they didn't want to fix them, I was a loyal customer and really unimpressed with my response when I showed her the nails, she offered to remove them for 5 dollars

The most rude customer service. The lady just didn’t give me enough time to even choose a colour and I asked for something else and she did completely different things.

Nails were not the same length AT ALL. Can see the start of tips that were put on. Gloss was a weird texture, not nice and smooth and shiny like they should be.

They are the worst place I've been to and they were very disrespectful and I don't think I will go back again. They charged me 42 for this, I can still see red what the hell is that
