The first time I came here I had a good experience, but this time my experience was terrible. Went in asking for natural colour coffin shaped acrylics and the lady tells me it’s $5 extra for coffin or almond shape, not sure why it costs extra for that as it doesn’t state it on their brochure, but I was still happy to pay extra. The store cleanliness is appalling, nails and dust everywhere, nothing is sanitised but that was the least of my worries as later on the nails I ended up with were worse. The pictures speak for themselves, my left hand was done “okay”, but my right hand looks like it was done by a child:/ my thumbs were also stinging (still do now) and I naturally have very healthy nails so this isn’t normal.

There’s gaps, it’s not smooth, the shaping of the “coffin” is rushed, and my skin below the nail has so much white and blue stuff, not even sure what it was but it was mainly on my right hand (the one they rushed). I’m not someone that likes confrontation in public so I paid and left (I was in a rush to an event) but after 5 minutes my skin below the nails started to build up with a lot of white “dust/particles” so I went back and politely asked them to clean it up, they seemed frustrated when I asked, but the lady attempted to somewhat “clean it up” but it didn’t work and she blamed it on me.she told me “you have dry skin”. I didn’t bother to argue as I was already late to the event I was heading to, but you can see in the pictures how there’s strange white/blue particles on my skin. My skin isn’t dry, and if it was my skins issue, it should be on both hands but it was on all my right hand nails. I was looking forward to getting my nails done all week and this set makes me want to hide my hands: (I’m really not happy with it as I paid $60…

I've been here once, staff was good. So I came back again. I did with different staff and she was unfriendly, she filed my nail badly and didn't say anything. I did only simple colour but the detail isn't good so will be the last time.

Would repetitively buff my cuticles (which is quite painful) and i can still see buffed down gel in my fingers- didn’t remove all the gel that was on a few of my fingers.had to pay 20 for nail removal which is pretty expensive for the quality of service imo.:/

Worst experience at a nail salon in Melbourne yet. I asked for just shellac on my toes and the cuticles nipped. My friend was getting the full pedicure. While doing the cuticles they dug too far into the side of our toes. The girl doing my toes cut off my baby toe nail completely. My friend getting a full pedicure didn’t receive dead skin removal (shaving off the dead skin). Then it came to payment. The lady at the fest tried to charge me $55 and when I tried to explain I didn’t get a full pedicure all of the ladies working in the salon started giving out to me saying it’s all the one price. The ladies were rude and lacked any kind of customer service. We will never be back

Went in for a simple manicure and made my fingers bleed when cutting cuticle. It hurts and stings. They Should not be cutting cuticle at all.

First and last visit to this nail salon! $90 for a french manicure was not worth the price at all! French shape and curves weren't done well, I tried to tell her some nails were uneven, she looked at me impatiently and said she couldn't do anything! The store is dirty, and the tools are not disinfected and cleaned. The previous customer used it and directly used it for the next customer.

Changing my rating from 4 to 1 star after my frustrating experience today. Inconsistent service, had to go back to point out a fault on my nail. Won't go there again.

Don’t go there! There work is horrible and zero costumer service and very very rude! The lady that did may nails were very rude and whenever i asked her to do something she was annoyed and talking with attitude and don’t even look at me.

My manicure needed to be fix, as they did a bad job, and they tried to do the same with my pedicure, which they make It worst. We spend 2 hours there. The Girls were nice, and try to do their best, but if u r a perfectionist, this is not a good place to go.

I go here all the time to get my nails done, I always get SNS and try with designs and recentlyive been trying nail art as well. Always accommodating and last really well. The environment is lovely and artists are ways up for a challenge. Pricing is good and affordable.overall my fav nail place out of the couple I've tried ️

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I went in to the salon to change my nail colour on acrylics that were already done. After finishing my nails the owner of the store charged me $55 just for a colour change. I found this confusing as they charge people the same price for refills and full set acrylics. I then thanked them for their service but told her it’s wrong to overcharge people for their services. She then proceeded to say ‘Maybe because you’re from the country side you wouldn’t understand these type of prices, you’re forgetting that you’re in the city. ’ Little did she know is I’m actually from the city and her judgement was greatly unappreciated. Disgusting service from the owner and all staff.

They don’t clean the foot basin between each customer, and the towels for drying customer’s foot have been put on the ground.too easy to spread bacteria.the business should be aware they have breached the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations, should this place be reported to the relevant authority?

Very bad only 5 days my nails very pain full and automatic remove totally broken my real nail and staff is very rude totally waste of money

Today was my birthday and just arrived in Melbourne for our cruise tomorrow- I went to Hollywood Nails and the service was fantastic I had a pedicure and manicure with Shellac and they were fantastic a great start to my birthday Thank you

I got my nails done today 1.45pm. Very bad nail salon I have never had before! I got my nails with staff look thin, white skin and younger and her name is Winnie (I don’t know true or fake name), She very bad energy and bad service. Her face emotions very rude. I feel like she lazy to do her job. I have no idea why she pretended like she doesn’t enjoy to do this job. I’m very disappointed! 3 words for this shop “DON’T COME HERE ”

I asked the lady to clean up the polish around my toes, which she did on one toe then walked away. Also, they did not scrub my heels or remove dead skin which frankly I expect in a pedicure. I asked about this and was told ‘we don’t have the tools for that’. It was $60. Overpriced for what it is, do not recommend. I feel like they make up Price what they wanna change. They doesn’t have standard price.that really bad ever!

What a top class salon, such caring attention to detail and gentleness.

So impressed with the result and I will be returning!
