First time here, Sandy was so nice to me, had great serve and did a great job on my nails! Will definitely be coming back again ️

I went there for SNS done and had a very bad experience. The place is dirty. The staff is very unprofessional. Will never recommend anyone Hollywood Nails.

I had to walk out without even finishing my nails cause the girl was so rude when I asked about the price of sns? I was not sure as I usually do shellac and wanted to try sns. Never going back

I walked in to enquire about getting a shellac pedicure, and was told that was fine. However, after 15 mins I asked for an approximate wait time as I could come back. Then abruptly sat me down in a chair and told me it would be ‘now’. After another 10 mins I was still waiting.
Once they started the pedicure it was very quick. However, the lady didn’t remove all the nail polish before she started applying the new shade. The new colour was applied messy and after 2 hours the pinky toe has started to peel. I asked the lady to clean up the polish around my toes, which she did on one toe then walked away.
Also, they did not scrub my heels or remove dead skin which frankly I expect in a pedicure. I asked about this and was told ‘we don’t have the tools for that’.
It was $60 ($55 for pedicure + $5 for existing polish removal). Overpriced for what it is, do not recommend. There is another place on the lower floor which is MUCH better.

They are not at all professional. I asked for coloured shellac with white tips. They said they can do it @70$ and end up doing coloured nails @65$. My nails are not at all the even. Worst experience and poor customer service!

I paid $85 to have shellac with tips done and by the first day the polish started peeling off multiple nails. It’s now been about a week and they are starting to lift away from my finger.
Sad to say I’m not happy with the level of service and really wish I hadn’t wasted $85. I won’t be going back.

Yesterday I went there, the nails was done very neatly, clean and professional. The lady who served me doing my nails is better good at her job because she did it fast paced. Love this place, local people should recommend going here. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

Thought it would be a nice place as there were many people. The staff were rude and my nails are crooked. I got French tips and they are not tips. The nails are mostly white and very chunky. It just looks gross. And I got charged extra just to put a gel top coat on

The lady with the long red hair was having her nails done when I came in and offered to do my nails. Charged $75 for a really painful manicure and the most uneven acrylics!

Great friendly and talented staff. Nails are great quality and done exactly as I asked for. Will be my go to salon from now on.

2 days after getting them done. They just keep chipping off and splitting. SNS usually last 3 weeks when I get them done at other salons. She made such a mess with the black she was trying to scrub the excess paint off on the side of my nails. In the end she got the nail pliers out and cut off all the black off my skin because the acetone wasn’t working.

First experience at a Manicure salon. The service was cold, quick and messy. And unfortunately seats, tables, some equipment, and chairs dirty -which is concerning during the Covid pandemic.

Lovely girls and atmosphere my toes look fabulous! Ask if you want more work done on heels and side of toes as it is a basic pedicure that is more based on polish, excellent job!

They have a vast majority of colours. They do manicures and pedicures. They do SNS. The do an awesome job.

This place was great. Professional, friendly and they have such a selection of colours for SNS and comfortable massage chairs. Mary Anne provided a wonderful service and I love my sparkling pink SNS nails and my glittery pedicure.

I will definitely be back.

I honestly don't know why the rating is so low for this nail salon but it deserves more stars.

Just had my nails done at this salon whilst the timing was great the service was not
The lady didn’t assist me with colours when I showed her what I would like I also asked for the shellac not to be chunky and thick which is what I ended up with
The nail lady didn’t speak to me at all I asked for no hand cream as it was sticky and she just said go wash your hands and nodded her head at everything instead of talking to me
Really disappointed my nails look terrible.

Really rude staff, rolled there eyes when I spoke to them, got annoyed when I told them I wanted long nails, would not go here again and overpriced!

To be honest this place has the worst service I've ever experienced. The workers are rude, its actually so uncomfortable! The difference between what you asked for and what you get, is unreal. I regret ever going there. Never again!

The WORST. Unbelievably rude staff, the girl doing my nails was full of attitude and even raised her voice at me! When I asked to speak to the manager at the end to give her feedback, she refused to talk to me and instead stood in the corner while I spoke to someone else! The whole time I was looking at the manager asking to speak to her and she just stood there, while the other girl said "no you can talk to me instead". I am just absolutely shocked, not only was I treated like absolute garbage and my nails weren't done right, I couldn't even express my concerns to someone in charge.
Please don't go there, if you want to be treated like a respected paying customer AND a human being, there are so many other nail places around that you can go to instead.

Worse place to have your nails done, the place is very dirty, staff are really rude, unrespectful, seems unpleasant to do the job, won’t come back definitely and won’t recommend it for anyone
