Food is delicious and the service is oustanding. Would definitely dine there again. Towards the back of the restaurant there's little to no reception.

We didn’t have the hot plates and went for a la Carte dishes only including a seafood hot pot. Overall it was ok. Some dishes were too sweet for our liking. Service was quick and decor was quite nice.

My favourite Korean food place! Their portions are totally worth the price. The food melts in your mouth. The staff is sweet and friendly. Love the cheesy chicken dish. It is THE BEST thing ever! Love the setting in the place as well. Love the fact that they have soju as well. The grape soju was my personal favourite. Their food is to die for. A must try food adventure!

Great service and food quailty. Staff are very friendly and professional. Price is great for the quailty of meats and the side dishes are also amazing!

First time I have experienced where I was charged to eat a birthday cake which we had for my mother plus set menu over priced, stats enough for 4ppl but really only meant for 2ppl. Our whole family was disappointed, the only up side nice friendly staff.

One of the best Korean BBQ places in Melbourne. Food was amazing and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. 5 star place! I highly recommend it!

Got seated in a tiny 4 seat table for 5 people. A reservation was made. Seated for 20 mins never got served. We walked out. No acknowledgement even when we walked out. Looked nice inside but service counts. Not cool. Lost my business.

Big shout out to Janice who is the most amazing host there and sliced and cooked the beef. Great food, great atmosphere. Totally worth the price.

All very yummy (spent almost $300 between 2 people). Until my partner and I had to spend the next day with violent food posioning.

We had a reservation for 12 people and had no issues with our seating space as others have mentioned. All of the bbq meats were tasty and the accompanying kimchi was nice. There was also a good selection of cocktails and beers. The waitstaff were great with making sure our food was cooked. Overall the quality here is good and the restaurant is nicely presented, but for this price point, Hinoak is not my first pick for Korean bbq.

If you're aiming to have Korean BBQ from one class above, then this place is for you. A large group of service always ready to help you take orders, getting anything you need, and timer to precisely flip your meat in perfect conditions!
Been here a few times and definitely will come back again purely for the meat and services, and if you're like me, you won't be disappointed by their range of cocktails, authentic drinks, and wine list!

Properly impressed with the setup and atmosphere. Nice and dim lighting like a bar, with nice background music.

Hinoak Korean Charcoal BBQ is very nice Restaurant. Food are very tasty. Salad are fresh with a nice sauce. Service are great! We have had Birthday dinner here. We are really enjoyed. I definitely like to go back there.

Excellent service. The staff cook the beef according to your request. The meat platter is very fresh and enough for 4 person.
