Australian Wagyu beef doesn’t state the grade but when its served pretty sure its grade 3 or 4 level at its best if its Wagyu at all - it tastes just like supermarket ordinary beef. But the price is for grade 8+. Service is great though

This jumps into my top Korean BBQ restaurant list. They have a huge list of combos/sets for you to choose, from premium to classic. We chose Fly Me To Korea and Mums Beef & Mushroom Hotpot and one extra serve of Beef Rib.

The hotpot is well seasoned and topped up with a lot of mushroom and beef bulgogi. We were all amazed with their vertically grilled mechanism. This is the first time we see this. Meats are grilled evenly from hot charcoal racks from two sides. Hence, the grilled meat tastes amazingly delicious. They also give unlimited bbq side dishes (pickle, bean sprouts and kim chi), and lettuce to use with BBQ. This is also first time we eat Korean BBQ without smell on clothes after meal.

The staff is nice, friendly and attentive. They grill and suggest time to eat. The price is a little bit higher than average KBBQ places but we all feel it is worth it for a good meal and experience.

Was such a nice place staff were very polite and friendly food was amazing. The only thing that was a bit of a shame the platter was included mushroom and onion and it was only 3 small pieces of mushroom so we ordered an extra vegetable plate but over really good.

Was pretty good but the atmosphere wasn’t all that but service was good and same woth service

Great food and amazing atmosphere, the main issue is that the restaurant is quite small but makes up for it with the ambiance, a thing to note, there is almost no reception when inside the restaurant.

The food was cooked to perfection, service was amazing and great atmosphere! Will be coming here again with my children.love it!

Introduced Hinoak to my friends. 1 friend has this comment "my hubby is not a fan of Korean BBQ but this was so good & he enjoyed it. Modern Korean BBQ, not hot, noisy or smelly n taste yummy". Another friend said this restaurant is a must go for a good quality Korean BBQ and ambience is good for that special night out. Highly recommend.

Love Hinoak for its fancier Korean BBQ. Definitely on the more finer dining side than any other BBQ restaurant I’ve been too. Pricey, but understandably. Service is always impeccable and the food is delicious. Will be back.

Have been to a few Korean BBQ places around the CBD, but this place wins, hands down. The service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. The only criticism I have, you only get a 1 hour and 45 min sitting. If this was increased to at least 2 hrs, this would make it feel not as rushed. Overall a great night!

Great food, great atmosphere. We had the beef bulgogi and one of the set menu's and it was all delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

Always great customer service and exceptionally good value for the food, especially if you are getting BBQ.

Also a different K-BBQ experience than the usual, but the uniqueness makes the place charming. Been here 5+ times since 2015 and will continue to visit.

The only dish I do not recommend is the army stew as unfortunately the flavour in this dish lacks and tastes quite bland.

What a pleasant dining experience, the food is delicious and the meat quality is top notch! All topped up with friendly and attentive service, we'll definitely come back:)

Not even worth one star…
We ordered the meat set. Barely any meat or sides. Staff didn’t really care about customer service and most of our meat were cold and overcooked because they just cook everything without paying attention to our eating speed. We had to order rice separately and it was half filled. For the price we paid, your better go elsewhere for KBBQ in the area.

Good food, excellent service and cozy atmosphere. A lot of parking space next to the restaurant. They are always full, so book your table in advance is recommended.

Everything is outstanding here, the delicious food (especially the Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu), the decor, staff services and also the charcoal cooking techniques for the meat. The 1 star minus is for the not ideal table arrangement for 5 adults (usually it is set for 4 people) is a bit uncomfortable for me and due to the vast amount of food we had ordered for the bday celebration night, there was no room to fit them all on the table setting. If these issue are improved or avoidable in the future then your customers may have a much more enjoyment dinning experiences with their friends/family.

Attentive service, great quality meat, baby friendly Korean BBQ. Though I reckon the fried chicken pieces could've been bigger.

I recently dined at Hinoak and would give the staff 5 Stars for the service, however I felt the Banchan (small accompaniments) was quite basic, and a small extra such as butter to glaze my mushrooms was charged for. I also believe the silver skin on the beef ribs should be removed prior to being served. Good but room for improvement

Terrible customer service. Agree with the other 1 stars on here.
Lady at the front desk had a poor attitude and ruined the evening.
