Friendly staff especially Heiki, poor outcome for my claim. Reports weren't thorough enough, not enough evidence and after 5 years of dealing with my claim I feel completely dissatisfied with whole process.

What a waste of time! They aksed me to provide every details via email before appointment and then if we qualify we could set a meeting. After, they decided to det a meeting. Travelled all the way to the city to find out that they cannot take on my case. Would never ever go to this law firm ever again. Don't get sucked in by there 'Live Chat' or Phone Call professionalism. My only advice is, find someone more local.just because they are in the city doesn't mean they are better.
