Henry caruss and his team dealt with my work safe claim from 2019. Cannot fault them, as they dealt with it thoroughly and had a lot of communication with the solicitors dealing with my case. From Tessa, to Jessica and especially Stephen these guys were excellent given the difficult circumstances of myself being abroad due to covid. I would certainly recommend them.

I found this firm very unresponsive and difficult to contact, which I see has also been mentioned in other reviews.
At one point the person assigned to my case told me she was going on leave, but actually left the firm. Nobody informed me, so I wondered why I could not contact her for several weeks.
The firm then got a legal assistant, rather than a lawyer, to look after my case instead. She would request documents from me and then never reply after I sent them, so I never knew if she got them. At one point she did not reply for three months.
The firm was very professional in a lot of other ways but the communication was terrible.

It has been 4 years getting a settlement and Henry Carus and Associates have been very diligent in achieving a great outcome. In particular Ryan has been extremely thorough and supportive. I am very happy with service I have received. Strongly recommend this firm.

My experience with Henry Carus is been a very different outcome to my claim after 3 years of getting no where with the previous Law firm.
