Terrible experience here with just an enquiry. The receptionist told me Henry himself chose to not fight for me or fair. She was so rude about it. Almost enjoyed telling me that my time of an hour on the phone to her was wasted.
Then I get their terms in the mail.
Who knows what's going on with her but it's a shame. Really makes a mockery of your ad.

Made an enquiry today. Have been injured at work and on have WorkCover approved. I asked whether they could help me or what happens now. They called me back same day and said they can't respresent me. I asked could I ask why and what is it and why, the gentleman said he did t know and couldn't tell me. That was it. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, I sustained serious injuries. As a result of these injuries, I engaged the services of Henry Carus Associates and specially Dino Beslagic to act on my behalf to pursue my claim. Dino Beslagic handled my claim for me and I must say how brilliant he was. $215,000 (Plus court costs $75,000) awarded signed form at which point Henry disappeared I received $140,000 charging $75,000. What they don’t tell is the additional court costs total $150,000 (51.72%) for both. They of course showed bill for a lot more to justify their fees almost $100,000. When at the beginning “at this stage $30,000-50,000” stark difference. They send out disbursements like candy it’s pointless when I don’t receive or want. One point put me on to emails which they failed at stopping soon after. 8 years far too long I tried hurrying them along after about 6 to no avail. I was living week to week, my family kicked me out of my house telling me to get a job, that I would get nothing from TAC /Lawyers end up owing them money. No one believed I was disabled or in pain as I’m stoic. Kept moving house when I was living by myself. Couldn’t plan my life or make anything of my life without my payout. More over I have done great things with it now. Thus far have been just average TAC compensation. Furthermore there’s the TAC went by their own biased report over 13 caused me great enragement saying it’s only femur not whole leg refusing to pay for treatments until after the payout!

Very disappointed, have only spoken to a receptionist and was told that they couldn't handle my case. No explanation as to why and not one lawyer has bothered to speak to me to ask my situation.

Using Henry Carus and associates to represent me was a no-brainer, they were professional at all times, yet, in a high pressure environment, were approachable and showed an interest in the human aspect, me! While it took a while to get the result, it was more than I expected.
