The worst legal company to deal with in the world. After our initial meeting they totally ignored us, did not respond to any messages, did not follow up on our case and never contacted us to tell us what progress had been made after agreeing to take our case.

Totally unprofessional, no communication at all, completely disinterested and never showed any care, concern or respect to us at all. The worst company we have ever dealt with, I would never recommend them to anyone. Henry Carus & Associates are incompetent, ineffective, negligent and extremely unprofessional.

Henry Carus, your response to me is insulting "Rogue Review"? It is interesting that you often can't find the "files" when people complain. You people are liars, you are deceitful and you wasted my time when I saw you for an extended interview when you PROMISED to show care and concern for our case.

Your company is a disgusting example of people who pretend to care but in reality could not care less. Don't try and make out that the reviews are not legitimate when they are critical because of your incompetence.

What a revolting and putrid response, still what would I expect from such an unprofessional bunch of hypocrites who are compulsive liars. Perhaps do your job in an ethical manner and you would not get the negative responses and there are MANY on here, that says it all.

After signing me on no win no fee which was good, they took about 11 months to then tell me I didn't have a strong enough case (medical negligence).
My case manager advised me that, During this time they did not get the opinion of a medical expert, made their own call after gathering some evidence. Despite initially saying their was a case.
They barley corresponded with me during this time, and I had to always contact them for information about my case.
They where polite when I called, but have wasted nearly a year of my time, for no result, not even a chance of any result, I have been left very disappointed by them, worth considering other options.
