Hearns kept me sane during the pandemic lockdowns. They have a wide range of everything (rc, spares, die cast models, puzzles etc) and their in store service and knowledge is excellent. They even do youtube tutorials and walk throughs which is great to see. Not many hobby stores do RC near (in) the city, so thanks guys for all the help and keep it up.

A small shop, but they have a number of kits and materials that others do not carry. However if you see something specific online, be sure to call them first to ensure it is in stock before making the journey.

Staff are pretty knowledgeable. Good selection of models but wish they had more brands of paint

Got a phone call to tell me part was no longer in stock and I would be kept in touch though order was still shipped with missing item.

Lady I talked to on the phone was great at resolving the issue and refunded me for the missing item.

My son has been looking for a model of RMS Olympic in it camoflauge paint for a while. Placed an online order and it was posted the same day. Well packed models. Great pricing on items we were after. We will definitely shop here again.

Would not refund or replace a toy train that was broken when packet was opened even though it was carefully opened. Staff treated them like dirt and left the child crying

Hi, thanks for the aftermarket Falke engine, absolutely fantastic, you guys need to make more aftermarket addon's for this model, would luv a left side Gatling gun, or a right side rear reverse shark fin vent, or even the cowling from the Griffon, (the one which sits over the pilots feet) you could also do the hatch camera cowling from the Griffon, oh and how about making a version of the engine with the petals open like if the craft was doing an afterburn, let me know if you think these are good ideas, I would be very interested in what you come up with.cheers, Peter

I received great expert advice and excellent quality and timely delivery on my subsequent online purchase. Other hobby shops are helpful, but Hearns has experts in more fields - and a great range.

Ordered three units each of two items, received only one unit of each of them. Contacted the seller, and was told that they had proof that they had shipped all of the items, and to check the (single piece of) packaging and tiny box as if I could have somehow missed them. They refused to give me a refund, and so I've paid $42 and received $14 worth of product. Won't be shopping here again, and recommend others avoid as well.

I learned about Hearns Hobbies on YouTube with there 1/16 Panzer III/IV 3D printed parts. These parts are absolutely detailed in everyway and are a wonderful addition to the new Das Werk or Gallery Stug III ausf G model kits in 1/16 scale at a great price point to boot.
