Great experience on both occasions - nice waiting room and everyone is very nice. I can’t believe people commenting on having to wait. I’ve waited much longer on almost every occasion I have visited any surgery and comparatively this was a short wait. If people need to wait - consider that the people before you are getting caring and thorough treatment and not being rushed out the door. The kind of service you would hope to receive right?

Dr Li Wan has been extremely thorough and identified things my previous Doctor had not, Dr Li has connected me with the Yvonne Lin the dietician and together are helping me take my body clock back a few years, they are above and beyond in commitment to helping the people they see

I really appreciate the great service I've constantly recieved over the years from the Hemac team. Yes.sometimes the appointment times run a little late. But that's what happens when doctors are so thorough. My Dr (Dr Lee Wan) is absolutely amazing, not to mention the nicest guy you'd ever meet. Which in my eyes is well worth waiting for. Shona & Michelle at reception are always friendly, which makes me feel comfortable when I'm unwell. An easy 5 stars.

If you value your time, don't go here as there is zero concept of time management or care that they're late. Standard wait time is 45mins for your appointment. 1 or 2 good doctors but honestly, you can find better service elsewhere.

They do bulk billing and the wait time was minimal during my recent visit. Also spacious and clean waiting area.

Could not recommend to any one. Too commercial and seems like doctors are not that much experienced. I do not want to give any star to them. I had an appointment to a specialist what I needed from the doctor was a referral. The doctor took hours to write the letter and charged me a lot. What a wastage of my money. My wife visited the doctor she gave her some medicine, later on my wife visited specialist, specialist says what a funny prescription it is.

Very thorough and helpful doctors who take on all of your concerns, your history, and simply listen; particularly Dr Li Wan GP and Dr Crew in aesthetics.
