Dr Jason Xu is a very good doctor, patience and informative. He helps me a lot when I first arrive in here.

Have been going to HEMAC over the last 6+ years. All doctors and nurses are very thorough, attentive and professional with patient care. The staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

I have spent 1 hour to wait and 10 second for my booster shot.if the clinic is short of staff, the receiption should let the patient know before hand.very poor experience today.

I've been seeing Dr Dalgleish for a few years now, even after moving out of area I'm always happy to travel to see him. Switched on, empathetic, and always kind.
Online booking is really easy too.

Doctor was more then an hour late with appointment. While understanding that appointment times can vary, the receptionist should ask if the patent feels they might need a slightly longer appointment to gauge times and call you ahead to let you know if the doctor is running so late.
Perhaps the lesson is to leave yourself plenty of time when visiting a bulk billing clinic:)

I got a text a few days ago about my appointment saying the doctor had to isolate and couldn’t do an in person appointment so I called to rebook in person as I needed physical treatment. When I got to my new appointment a few days later the receptionist couldn’t find my new appointment. Pathetic reception staff. They can barely do their job.

I made a booking for 4.00 pm. I arrived at 3.50 pm. I was told the doctor would be with me shortly. After 30 minutes, everyone in the room had been attended to. I checked a couple of times and was told I would be seen soon. I had another meeting to go to and had to leave at 4.40 pm 50 minutes after the appointment time. I had travelled 40 minutes to get there and another 40 minutes to get to my next appointment. I feel that if the doctor is running that late, a courtesy text would be nice

I always have great faith in Dr Li Wan, he is very professional, kind, caring and empathetic and listens carefully before offering any advice. We feel fortunate that we found Dr Li when we moved to Hawthorn East 9 years ago, he is the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor we have ever had and we have recommended him to others.

Have been very reluctant to share my experience with this practice - not because I had reservations to the care and advices received from Dr. Li Wan over the years, rather I am so satisfied and selfishly wish to keep it a "low-key". It is a good 7-10 days lead time for a booking with Dr. Wan already. Imagine when more people trying to get in with word-of-mouth recommendation.

Clean facilities, extensive services, excellent staff and knowledgeable doctors - what more would you ask from a bulk billed center?

Dr Li has been my GP for about 10 years now. That says it all. His diagnosing ability just by listening to you talk about your symptoms is incredible. The tests only prove him right
I have had other GPs overlook symptoms.almost landed me in trouble a couple of times.
Only thing is that I am worried what will I do when he retires one day!
HEMAC staff and nurse also have been exceptionally professional and friendly over the past 10 years.nothing but praise for them.
All my friends and family have been referred to HEMAC, especially to Dr Li:)

I made an appointment for 11.30am with Dr Sherrie Chew at this clinic. There was no available parking yet I managed to arrive on time. It took 10 minutes to be even acknowledged by the receptionist who looked bored by her job. I waited. I waited and I waited. When I asked how much longer I was told "not too long" and had numbing cream placed on my face and left in a room. After 58 minutes of waiting enough was enough. I hadn't even cited the Dr for an apology for her poor time management. I would not recommend this clinic unless you have a full day to spare. The rest of us have lives and don't have hours to spend in a clinic that should have taken less than half an hour in total. The arrogance of accepting that this is acceptable is not ok. It's not a bulk billed medicare clinic. It is an expensive and private clinic. I would expect the service to reflect this.

Dr Li & Dr Jason are both amazing. So helpful! Very lucky to have such amazing Drs so close to home. Absolutely the BEST Doctors I’ve ever had!

Appalling service. Cancelled my appointment just short of an hour out. Called to query and then was told even though I was very sick I couldn’t have a phone consult. Always going to think twice going back. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend Dr Sherrie. Even after moving back to Sydney, I have and will continue to come back here to Melbourne. Dr Sherrie understands all my concerns/wants and perfectly addresses them all without fault! The team at reception are all extremely friendly and helpful as well:)

A disgrace. Would give less than one star if possible. Unless you're unemployed, would give this place a very wide birth. Substandard doctors running hours behind. Better off paying the $50 gap through Medicare for a real doctor.

Dr Sherrie has been helpful on treating my acnes during my first visit. Back to the clinic the second time seeking to receive the CO2 laser treatment. All the staff are professional, nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Dr Jason Xu - he spent time looking at my records and answered my questions honestly and well. He is very professional and I will highly recommend him to any one. The reception staff are friendly and polite too;

I popped in for some advice, ended seeing a GP within 15 minutes and had a referral made by the very helpful nurse.
