Dr Li Wan is amazing, friendly and professional

Dr Li Wan is great! He has been my dr for over 7 years now and he truely is amazing. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

I have had some aesthetic work done (Botox) previously with Dr Sherrie and have been very happy up until now. I was « talked into «  having dermal fillers last time for tired looking eyes. I’m 58. I had them at the cost of over $1000. The price was bit discussed with me prior to the procedure so I was totally shocked upon payment as with the Botox, the bill was over $2000. My left eye was left badly bruised so the next day, nurse Sam gave me laser to try and reduce the bruising. She «  came at me » with the laser, no warning that she was about to do it and subsequently burnt the skin under my left eye. Si now I have bruising, a burn and very swollen eyes.
Dr Sherrie tried to fix it at another appointment but now, weeks later, my eyes are very puffy, I have a burn scar and I think I look worse than pre dermal fillers. NEVER AGAIN!

The doctor is very knowledgeable, Dr. Wan helps me look at my situation throughly and helps me making decision confidently.
The receptions are very nice too.
It’s a safe environment.
I’m happy to recommend to others.

We have been going to the clinic for years seeing Dr Jason who is attentive, clear and precise.
I found sometimes the reception team is a bit hasty in handling queries. Understand they deal with a lot of requests but active listening actually helps communication and improves efficiency.

I am glad I am having my melasma treatment from Hemac. I am satisfied with the results so far. My doctor explained all options on the first appointment and also approachable through emails with post laser care.

About my experience, Dr Mark Dalgleish, he is very professional, listen carefully the patients and provide accurate information. The best hawthorn clinic ever.

I’m a new patient to this clinic and my Dr has been fantastic. He listen to my concerns and issues with a new style of medication. The Dr clearly explained all the scenarios going forward and totally understand my needs to do so and all relevant information I need to continue to feel comfortable with it.
