Went to look re purchasing new coffee machine on Sat 5th Jan approx 2.30 the mature woman stunk of cigarette smoke, perhaps she could take few fresh air breaths or a mint before trying her sale pitch.
Both husband and I found it disgusting.

Bad service completely ignored my mum when she asked for help mum was wondering around for 30 minutes and staff looked at her then went off and helped someone else

Do not use the online service at all, I ordered an expensive headphones and ship to Waurn ponds for self pickup, 20 days passed, I got no info at all! Then I decided to give them a call, Nobody answer the phone for 20 mins, then I went to their live chat, here is what I got, seriously?

If you want the worlds naffest furniture with l.e. D inbuilt drink holders, for thousands and thousands of borrowed dollars, here's your place. 1998 called and they want their retail model back.

Just want to thank Trish and other staff for their outstanding help just before the store closed. Trish always goes above and beyond to help and it is most appreciated, especially at the end of the day when everyone was no doubt keen to go home

I went in planning to buy a new washing machine, lounge suite, kitchen appliances and electronics. Staff had little knowledge of products, beyond trying to upsell me on additional warranties and protection plans. Gladly taking my business elsewhere and won't be back.

Poor customer service, limited knowledge and a terrible instore experience.

The store was extremely busy, but contrary to our previous visit a saleswoman helped us immediately and the price that we paid was cheaper than we anticipated. GOOD JOB.

No customer service at all. Some staff serving while others walking around or playing on gadgets.
When I found what I came in for the service at registers shocking or lack of it, I left the item and walked out to JB and got what I needed.
This is not the first time this has happened, bad service or lack of it. Won't be in a hurry to come back

Fantastic service from the tv guys.
My naughty dog ate my remote for my 6 week old tv and the guys gave me a new remote free of charge.
That is excellent customer service, and a very pleasant surprise, so thank you so much. And it was all done with a smile!

I bought a Dyson'vacuum cleaner from"Tayla"from electrical, I was so impressed with the service Tayla offered me, I would like to Congratulate her on an excellent job.

Easy to find parking and the sales people aren't overly in your face so it's a great place to browse. They are very helpful when you decide to buy as well.

Great service from the guys working in this store.very very good. Giving explanations and options of how best you can use what you want to buy.

JOEL! The best salesperson in the store by far or even the company. So after dealing with useless sales staff at other retailers who weren't helpful, Joel was extremely helpful, polite and so knowledgeable. He is definitely the best asset to Harvey Norman waurn ponds by far.

Sales staff are pushy and not very knowledgeable. For electronics go to JB HiFi instead, better range and prices there.

Pauline from electrical was amazing and the two other ladies that I'm so sorry I don't remember the names were equally amazing

Very pushy staff (Computer department). Not overly helpful. Walked away without buying anything, primarily due to pushy staff. Many other better options out there.

Only two staff on. Waited for 20 min for service. Had to go up to someone and ask. When I was at Corio last week it was the exact opposite. 4 staff and they all approached me at some point.

Sale prices on furniture not discounted by much and sales assistants don't all have good product knowledge
