I would like to thank Justin from the television department at waurn ponds. He went above and beyond, his attention to detail, communication and prompt return of calls or calls to myself with updates were not only well appreciated but much needed in my frustration dealing with a warranty and the television company themselves.
Thankyou Justin and highly recommend if you need a new T. V.

Staff friendly and super helpful, store always fairly quiet. Not hard to get assistance with queries.

Hard to even describe how bad the service has been, my first couch I received was damaged in numerous places, they offered to replace, the second couch I received also damaged, they have offered me $100 in compensation (for a $5500 couch) the customer service is appalling, very rude, saying they have called me when I have no missed calls or voicemails, blatantly lying. Stay clear of them if you want to purchase a couch!

Pretty disappointed with the service.
After going in to purchase a canvas picture from the furniture department, which had massive signs saying it was in stock and ready for pick up same day, I was told that unfortunately this was incorrect and I would have to order it in. Went through the process and paid my deposit.takes 6 weeks to receive the order.no worries.we are now at week 7, no update on order, no communication from staff and when I called to see where it was today, no one had any idea about it. Eventually found my order details and was told, actually it will be middle of January. NOT IMPRESSED for something that was meant to be in stock.

A typical HN store. Staff over zealous in wanting to assist you. I just like to look for myself and then ask for assistance. No Telstra phones.

I've been shopping at this place for years, spent alot of money, I put my spray mop I to be fixed 3 months ago, not even a replacement mop to take home, not even a phone call to say its fixed, and the lady on phone was very rude, blamed covid, then says they ran hot hot water through it. Do not buy a Bonia spray mop, 3rd time I've had to take back, very unprofessional

Fantastic experience with Flooring department choosing carpet, very helpful and made whole process a pleasure, the laying job was A1 very happy and highly recommended.

We stood looking at the mobile phones for over 10 minutes and not one sales person approached us.so we went and spent $1900 at jb hi fi.sales people need to learn that middle aged bogans also have cash.

Refunded an item from three years ago. Was told I would need it for a new TV and didn't. Took a star off because they didn't know the refund rules as they should have and were going to send me to corio store. However they corrected that when I drew their attention to when you can get a refund, which was printed on their counter. Checker very nice.

I got a beautiful top of the range printer and did not paid any penny for It. It's their special purchased they signed me up for an optus account and I got a $700 voucher because of it. Then I bought a great printer product without any money going out of my pocket! Great deal! Definitely one of my favourite shops.

Rach in the computer is a gem! EXTREMELY helpful on the phone and more so in person, VERY friendly and accommodating, has no problems in explaining things in layman's terms to not so savvy tech customers! Thanks Rach, keep up the GREAT work
