Bought a nutri ninja 5 months ago went to the store as the blade broke, excellent customer service by Brandee, she called the supplier and got a replacement part organized. She could have told me to deal with them directly but to go that extra step was simply great.

Been going to this store for over 5 years, well stocked! Habib is by far the best since then I am spending more money! Thanks

Same price for clothes washing machines except store cashback i.e store credit makes the difference.

When you need assistance with anything tech, ask for Jesse who provides honest and exceptional customer service.

No 'Duty of Care' no customer 'care' even when they sell equipment that is faulty - very bad practice for such a competitive market!

Very poor and dodgy customer service. Be careful and make sure get proper details about the product you want to buy otherwise, you'll have to worry. Specially if you are interest in Mobile phone and sim plans. DON'T BELIEVE in SALES STAFF and Management, as they are not caring about customers but of course about their commissions.

We hv just bought TV today n bought fridge and washing machine from here almost 2 and half years ago, m very happy with the products, didn’t get any complaints yet, very friendly and polite staff.

They IT guy was rude and non helpful and wanted commission on what I found and went to but myself I don't like that behaviour if you helped me I am happy for you to invoice and get commission but don't tell me you have to do my invoice or I can't buy a product I let and bought the product on Ebay cheaper so don't co mum plain when your store closed due to stupid staff

A good Harvey Norman very large shop only the workers should wear uniforms as you don't know who is staff or not

Went in to buy a Fitbit. They were out of stock so the salesman talked me into getting a Striv fitness tracker and said it is better than a Fitbit. He clearly was just trying to get rid of stock, the tracker is useless and not good quality. They do not care about the customers at Harvey Norman just making a quick buck.

Very unimpressed with after purchase support. Washing machine bought 9 months ago is now faulty. Phone staff at harvey norman thomastown extremely unhelpful unless pushed. I will not buy from this store again - no advantage to buying in store with no service when I can buy cheaper online.very disappointed.

Came back to get a refund on a Sony Bluetooth speaker I wasn't satisfied with. Had a great experience dealing with the manager, made the process of getting an exchange very easy, thanks again.

Poor customer service, i stood in the one spot for 25min while staff ignored me and served others around me. Only reason why I hung around is because a friend gave me a Harvey Norman gift card and let's face it, that's the only reason for coming back after my last bad experience. Hopefully I won't have to ever step back in there again.
