Purchased a dining setting from Vic, lovely bloke, very helpful, not pushy. Recieved much sooner than anticipated, way to undersell and over-deliver! Drivers were fantastic. Follow up call made to Matthew in regards to the lacquer on the table, instant knowledge and reassurance. Great experience all round. Timo 7 piece, stunning and easy as to assemble, did it my damn self.

Great competition to opposing stores as it has better quality products, friendly, helpful staff and great prices. Products are always reliable.

Disappointed with the service. Was awaiting a product which could have been sorted well. It took them nearly 10 days to get something moved from Dandenong store which I could have driven down my self to collect.

We spent over $10,000 before Christmas on appliances for our home. The table we picked in store was a light natural wood, when it arrived it was no where near the colour we ordered! We called Harvey Norman who picked up the table, they said it was too close to colour so they kept 20%, $470, of our return. Won't be buying anything from Harvey Norman again!

Returned some headphones today that had an issue. The staff member who processed the exchange & the young salesperson were fantastic.
The lady on the register was also very friendly.

The old lady on the left side of the counter (exit) is very unhelpful and not friendly. For this kind of bad customer service, won’t come back. Not sure if she is racist or just not capable of her job.
We wanted to buy the small evaporated cooler. She told us the displayed one is the only one in the store before she even check the stock level. George (another sales come and ask her if she check the stock level, she said no). After few second she told ask no. Highly doubt if she checked, we still bought it anyway.
It might be she is just not good to use the computer to check stock level. Either way. Not good customer service.

These guys had stuff which no other HN store had in stock! The rep also threw in some sweet Christmas discount and product care for almost nothing! Had the best Christmas deal? ‍

Called this place customer service somewhat okay but they are not prepared to g ijve you a deal even if you are going to buy so many different things.

This is quite a large store that is split in two halves. One half consists of furniture (tables, chairs and cinema like recliners) and the other half is all home appliances (TV's, Microwaves and general things you would keep in your kitchen) The reason I went to this store was to buy a Pie Maker, which I did.haven't used it yet, but I know it will be good quality because I know Harvey Normam. They have a wide range of all things in this store. Staff are friendly, always asking if we need assistance. They all seem to be wearing masks too which is great, they make sure they keep their distance. There was hand sanitizer at the entrance, (but it couldn't be used on the way out) but it was almost empty and it was a pump pack meaning I would have to touch a service that lots of other people had touched too. It would be nice if there was a automatic dispenser, or someone who could take 1 minute of their time to fill it up or swap the bottle.

BE WARNED when buying a mattress from this Harvey Norman. I went in and told them what I wanted and they (the bedding experts) directed me into buying a firm mattress which they told me will eventually soften and give the support on my hips and back.
After 6 weeks nothing softened and I started getting sore back and shoulders to which I had to sleep on my couch after forking out nearly $1800.
Now I have to pay $150 to have the mattress tested to see if it’s a design fault and if it isn’t an extra $450 for the mattress to be altered to a medium feel.
So make sure you get the right mattress cause after you’ve bought it Harvey Norman will just handball you to the manufacturer and they’ll tell you it’s a personal preference not a design fault. Very Poor customer service especially after spending nearly $6000 in their store of the lockdown. Looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Absolutely delighted with the customer service in Harvey Norman. I was first served by one of the owners directly and he was very helpful. Later, as I took my notebook for repair I was served by David the technician, and he also was very polite and helpful. I am happy with their Product Care they have as they end up replacing my computer with a new one without cost. I came back to buy 2 mobile phones after I searched prices in JB HI FI and online, and they did price matching. I highly recommend them.

Furniture and lighting. No help. Every customer service person was chatting amongst themselves and didn't even bother to offer their assistance. The one person I approached couldn't tell me if they sold any lamps for E27 lightbulbs, so I went looking on my own for about half an hour. May as well sack the lot of them since no one seems to want to work. One of the workers walked straight past me while she offered her colleagues coffee. Won't be returning

The service provided by EDWARD was outstanding. I had a store credit for a warranty claim on my sound bar, and EDWARD talked me through my options to upgrade with my sound bar. As a result of his knowledge and patience explaining and demonstrating the product I opted for the HEOS system, which was a substantial upgrade for me.

I was taken around the area that suited me (kitchen, ovens cooktops, dishwashers) the lady was very patient with me. When my husband came over he was also impressed by her assistants. We ended up buying cooktop, oven, range hoods and dishwasher. Very pleased

Due to no fault of H N I had to return an item. H N did not have a suitable replacement but the staff member went far beyond duty to help me find an item elsewhere, and I did get a refund, no problem.
