The customer service employe was very rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and disrespectful. A 1 star rating is still to high. I would highly recommend buying electronics at another store. Cheers, Paul

I bought batteries from here (they were at a good, discounted price).

The counter service was good, if a little slow, which is why it loses one star.

I recently purchased a Samsung TV, which I absolutely love and Kellie could not have done enough to look after me through the process. Because of stock availability, I had to drive from the Mornington Peninsula to make the purchase but now I am glad I did. Thank you so much for your terrific service!

Horrible horrible customer service. The guy seemed to be unwilling to help, and uninterested. He walked away so rudely saying we are closing, while I could see the other CSO helping another customer.

RETURNED A PHONE WITH A RECEIPT. CALL 2 WEEKS LATER FOR UPDATE THEY LOST THE RECEIPT I GAVE THEM AND WERE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. EMAILED THEM A COPY OF THE RECEIPT. ONE MONTH LATER, THEY HAVENT FIXED PHONE AND ARE STILL LOOKING FOR A RECEIPT. YIKES ITS A HARD JOB. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS

I bought LG Fridge at Harvey Norman QV today. My sale person is VIJAY JOUKANI. He deserved the Millions star service. I was unsure about where i should buy it. Was just browsing around but since you speak with him you just wanna stay with them as you know he will look after you really well! It was expensive fridge but im super happy with service and happy with my purchase. Thank you so much VJ

Surprisingly large store separated into discrete sections. Pleasant atmosphere and a good range. Staff has always been helpful and even occasionally can offer extra deals.

Huge place with a great plethora of equipments and appliances from your usual home appliances to office equipments such as monitors. However, a bit difficult to find since they are at the top corner of the mall and merged with another store so we must get through said store first to see signage to Harvey Norman.

I'm a big hater of Harvey - he needs to retire and move on. But this HN is actually very good. Unlike other branches they don't try to push you into unnecessary purchases. Ian and his team in electronics & AV are just fantastic and always helpful.

Staff are very helpful, I bought a product to days later I decided to change my mind and upgrade to another product. Return without a hassle. Harvey Norman should actually be known as the Good Guys and the Good Guys to be known as the Bad Guys.

A lot of shops in this building closed. Harvey is okay, not cheap as usually full retail price with staff on commission, but they have a good range on display.

We were treated very well in the bedding department, especially when handling the ordering and delivery.
It all went downhill at electronics however, the staff in the TV section were incredibility rude and unhelpful, the two female staff especially, they seemed to have a demeanor of 'I don't care if you get what you paid for or not".
We had the most likely common problem of my partner having her english name on the receipt, and her chinese name on her ID.
Through order numbers, payments, phone number, email we could prove it was her, but the unhelpful staff refused to budge, directing us to Harvey Norman's 'contact us', where both online chats are currently only open for trade, and their help email is yet to reply.
So now, our TV is sitting in Harvey Norman QV, with staff knowing full well who it's for, but simply holding on to it out of silly simantics because they must get some sort of satisfaction out of making other peoples lives more difficult.

Good for shoppy and all sort of things available at one place.
But, some of the customer service representative were quite informative as it was showing that product is available on store but it was not.
Even while calling on phone they told they have and when I reached there, they told they don't have at the moment.

Decent variety in the middle of the city, asked about a TV, the staff didn't really know how to answer the simple questions I was asking?

Avoid this store like hell fire. They can't èven organize a damm delivery for me very bad customer service sorry no customer service what so ever when it comes to delivery very very much disappointed will never stop there again

I have bought a heater from Harvey Norman two days ago. Kelly was so experienced and provided very good services. She gave me the details of different brands. She is so patient and listen what I expect. Then she recommended me a good heater which is suitable for me. She also taught me how to set the heat the next day after I purchased. Thank you again Kelly. It is so proud that Harvey Norman has such a valuable staff who had provided excellent services.

We went to the other day to ask about washer dryer combos but the guy who works there is trying to sell us the product in anyway possible than trying to actually help us and he got mad at us for no reason for not buying anything!

Over several years I've bought many items from here, particularly electronic ones. Inevitably on a couple of occasions I've needed to return when something has proven faulty - it happens. Harvey Norman's attitude and after sales service has without fail proved to be brilliant. It's the after sales service and knowledgeable staff which keeps me going back to them.
