Harvey Norman Broadmeadows reviews
72Worst Harvey Norman store I’ve ever been to. Very lazy staff. Not supportive at all. No one in there want to sell their products or talk to customers. They just sit on chairs and get paid to do nothing.
Worst service ever experienced! Management is shocking in this Broadmeadows Harvey Norman! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! Harvey Norman were going to charge me double price for appliance I found at a half price cost at the Good Guys in Preston! Well-worth driving twenty minutes for value and customer service!
Every priced item we looked at was over $200 more than office works. No sale for Harvey Norman. Purchased our New Nav Man and Computer at Office Works.
I bought 3 portable heaters, 2 of which i had to take back as they didnt work. 3rd item was $70 more expensive and they wouldnt drop it $10 for me due to the inconvenience. Petrol isnt cheap.
I was in harvey norman today looking for a couch to match my new house and i needed help.so looking for an assistant i noticed there was one girl dealing with a few customers at once, she was so helpful and super nice to deal with and even though i didnt purchase anything i just wanted the harvey norman people to know what an asset to your company.her name is Heidi and I want to recommend her to customers out there if they need any help
Commission hungry sales staff only interested in lining their own pockets rather than genuinely helping the customer out.
Best Harvey Norman store I’ve ever been too, very helpful staff, very kind and professional. 10/10 would definitely go back for more
Edit: Forgot to mention, Heidi (one of the employees), definitely deserves a raise or some sort of reward. Incredibly kind and helpful, I had seen her helping around an old man with hearing disabilities and was guiding him through the entire store and even walking him on his way out and he’d left with a massive smile on his face.
Very beautiful staff, was looked after by a young girl named “Heidi”, very good customer service and very easy to deal with!
Almost out of 3 times out of 5 their photo copy machine not working, and worst customer service to say no without any polite work damn it. Hate to walk in side now
Service within store is okay, delivery is terrible and unprofessional, calling my phone number for his own personal use, making me uncomfortable, second time, very rude, ignorant and announcing that any damages to MY HOUSE whilst putting the couch in is not HIS FAULT, as well as insulting my family and our home. Would not recommended to anyone and will never buy from this store again. Very disappointing Broadmedows Harvey Norman
Went to get a Tab. It was out of stock. Try to buy a phone after but the guy was more into selling his optus plan than a phone.
Dealing with Harvey Norman Broadmeadows is the worst retail place. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. U give them your money and if Your having trouble with the item, they don’t want to know you. I will NEVER NEVER shop in Harvey Norman again. Just be careful. Buy carefully cause they don’t even help you if they item isn’t suitable. The law should really look at it.
