I purchased most white goods in my house from this store and while it can sometimes be difficult to get the attention of any staff (last Sunday being a failed example) the prices are relatively good.

The Home Theatre room they have setup doesn't have much in it and there wasn't anyone available to provide service.

Worst customer service imaginable, told me he wouldnt serve me because i wanted a discount.
The woman lied to me about the model of a laptop saying it was the 2020 model when it was not and the guy tried to scam me for $200 on a laptop, the manager doesn't care at all. This place needs new employees because this is disgraceful

Customer service pathetic and have no knowledge about the products. In the home appliances section no one apart from Tino has a clue about the products and just read off the description. Generally the staff are very rude on phone and in person

Today went to Harvey Norman the Broadmeadows branch to purchase Nutri bullet had the offer going on. They also sell furniture and floor tiles for home. There is lot of parking space available. The customer service needs to be improved a lot. I was there for more then 10 mins and I thought I will find the product easily. So went to ask one of the staff and when there to ask and have to wait next to them and ask for help. They were busy discussing the week end plans (must be very important).

I have bought a Philips All in one multi cooker on the 10th January 2020 from the store. The sale person told me that it is not in the stock and you could pick it up 2 weeks later. But finally 28 days later I got a phone call to pick it up.
I was very disappointed with the costumer service.

Delivery is worst. Driver unprofessional and not friendly, couldn’t give me any specific time while I live 5 min from broady central and getting delivered after 7pm.

No service at all - really bad experience wanted to buy product could buy as needed sales person.no body around stayed in store for at least 30 mins - check out staff said sorry about that - not sorry or would have either served me or got a staff member left store at 1.21pm never to return

These guys are terrible. Bought a washing machine online with stock in store. Delivery was meant to be 2-10 business days. End up being 16 business days instead and I live 10 minutes away. When I try find out from the workers they just handball me of to different sections. First time last time.

Billed more than quoted and avoid the Go MasterCard. "Interest free" is a lie. $5.95 monthly fee, $25 establishment fee and a $30 late fee after missing the first payment TWO WEEKS after confirming that my direct debit was in place.

I'd give no stars if this was an option. We are from rural victoria and wanted to call the broadmedows store to find if they had coffee machine cleaning tablets before we drove the distance. After calling 3 times nobody answered the phones not even their 2IC answered. Some acknowledgement would be nice. Even picking up our call to say "won't be long please hold"

It was awful because of costumer stuff. I wanted to buy sound bar but he didn't care us at all and we were waiting for mor than 20 minutes for him but he was fu.ing laughing with some one who loves each other's and we left.it's shameful

Went to buy a Nikon SLR Camera that was on special, stood at the camera stand for 5 minutes and nobody served me. I tried finding a sales person, gave up and went to JB HiFi and got them to match the price instead. Very disappointed.

Great customer service from Tino who has gone above and beyond to help me with my warranty. Every issue I had he was on top of it so qucikly. His provided amazing service that i would recommend you deal with him for all your needs.

They keep an old and dangerous habit, although they have been repeatedly warned: some heavy appliances framed in display boxes are not fixed and they can fall on the client when opening the door or movig drawers. I just painfully punctured my hand with the sharp corner of a non-freestanding dishwasher because it tilted over me.

Went in to look at the surround sound systems. Only shows me the exspensive items.when I went to look at something cheaper he told me go home and save up for the better system.

Went across the road and bought a system from jb jifi. I wont shop at harvey norman broadmeadows anymore.

Need better skilled staff asap!

Has everything you want, but customer service is lacking abit. Either need more staff on or the staff that are working could be more attentive to customers.

Crappy service and no real help from staff! Spend your money elsewhere! Especially in kitchen appliances went in on a saturday morning had to wait for ages and then was told to go on web site to check measurements for a rangehood!

Such poor customer service received from Comp. Dept. Floor Manager = loss sale of $2k that was gained by Maribyrnong store. Where Marcus and Kyle provided excellent customer service. Won't set foot in B'Medows store ever again.
