I was after a an expensive dryer and the sales person was rude and dismissive. Walked out and went to purchase it at another place with excellent customer services.

Waited in line while Onell the cashier chatted with the customer in front. Asked him to check the balance of my voucher. He looked at it and told me it was for a different store. As i left i could hear him ridiculing me to his mate on another counter. When confronted he didn't even have the decency to apologise. Denied it and got his friend to back him up, as if we could take a vote on it! Refused to get a manager.
Do not shop here. Revolting.

Never ever buy furniture from Harvey Norman, Most of the time they will deliver you damaged or faulty furniture. This happened with me 8th time.

When you go to return or exchange you will like beggar, they will ask hundreds of questions and will say manager is not here. Let them report to supplier, will take a month to process etc.

Bought a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner, served by Lina. Her customer service was excellent, couldn't have helped us more. Thanks Lina

Ridiculous customer service by the guy in the mobile phone department. 3 guys working but they show zero effort to look after their customers. Clearly there to just fill up their hours rather than trying to make sales.

Reet from the technical department was very friendly and helpful. She sorted my phone issues and.provided Excellent customer service.

I went to Harvey Norman today to exchange a product I had purchased. I was greeted and welcomed with the utmost care by Vijay and Yani. Their customer service went above and beyond, not only where they helpful and lovely but they where able to take care of my enquiry in a matter of minutes. I rate their customer service a 10. Thank you for making my experience so easy and welcoming.

Shocking Customer Service!
They forced delivery on us into a house under renovation while five other stores were happy to hold our stock until we are ready.
I will never shop @ Harvey Norman Broadmeadows or advice anyone to shop there.

Very friendly and honest guy.i bought alot of things from this store The good thing about the whole staffis they dont try to sell expensive things but try to evaluate your requirements 1st and suggest you what suits best for you.

I went to buy a printer It’s not good customer service I bought a printer from them and they say if u not happy u can return it and refund ur money when I came to them and they say we sorry can't return it

I'm just using the scanner I wasn't using inks

Went there to look for furniture and was assisted by Rupin, she looked after us and went above and beyond all our expectations. She listened and suggested the best options. She gave us plenty of time and answered all the questions we had.

No one purchase there furniture from here my sister has been waiting for 16 weeks yet they are keep delaying it and on late notice also they are not willing to compensate for our time that we had lost never purchaseing from here again still waiting on her order

Very disappointed with the service at Harvey Norman Broadmeadows. My mattress has a 10 year warranty from 2013 when i bought it. My mattress has dints in them now even though i did the usual rotation every 6 months however this did not prevent anything. Im 73 now and need better support which this mattress is not providing. I have 1 year remaining on my warranty and i had contacted the Harvey Norman team in regards to this however they wont come to check my mattress. I provided all paper work and receipts as well to prove when i purchased with their warranty. They asked for photos with a broom to show the dints and they told me they didnt see any problems. Now they are saying they will charge me $50 to pick the mattress up and an additional $100 to analyse the mattress. How ridiculous is this! I am within my warranty and in being charged? They then told me if they dont see any problems ill be charged an additional $150 ontop of all that! What a disappointment, they do anything to take your money. Please avoid this company as this is not my first time experiencing such terrible service. They will tell you that you have warranty yet it does not cover you what so ever. Please be careful and avoid them to save yourself wasting money. There is better places like Amart and Good guys as they have always been spot on with their service and Warranty policy.

Terrible customer service experience and false advertising. I recently went into Harvey Norman Broadmeadows with my partner to purchase a free standing oven. Even though there were two staff members that were free and had seen us, they simply looked at us and smirked like we couldn't afford it.
Despite this I continued to order a free standing oven from Harvey Norman online, which said the oven was in stock, after paying for the order though, the website quickly changed to out of stock and I was informed that I would have to wait for the oven to be backordered. After waiting approx. 2 weeks I reached out to Harvey Norman asking for an ETA for the oven, however was only told that it had been ordered in a voice message.being fed up with the inadequate customer service, I have tried to cancel the order, only for Harvey Norman to stop communicating with me, and giving me no indication of a refund.
Save yourself time and money and shop with a more reputable, customer friendly business, that doesn't try to scam you and treat you like a second-class citizen.

I ordered for Mitsubishi aircon units to be supplied and installed all over the phone as it was a bit far for me to travel but this Harvey Norman was the closest to me. Tony was amazing. Gave me a great deal and managed to sort it all over the phone for me. Next day delivery and following day, the installers arrived to put it all up for me. Tony was friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. Very happy with my experience with Harvey Norman through Tony. Highly recommended!

I went to buy Dyson Hand held vacuum they do have different brands and house hold furniture bedding TV's and electronic goods. Dishwasher dryers washing machines so on. Good customer service.

Horrible service, I was trying to find another harvey norman store that had a dinning table on display, I asked if they could call Preston store up and they said they can’t call them I would have to call them which is not true they just couldn’t be bothered.we will going somewhere else.
