No stock no staff can't complain about the as there was none. Look on line then ring before going up to see if they have any stock. Absolutely disappointing.

I visited yesterday as i needed to buy a bed frame. I was met with Sham, from Bedding team, who helped me out throughout the process! She had amazing customer service and was very kind and helpful always with a smile on her face! She is the reason i will be returning to Harvey Norman for future shopping trips! Thank you Sham!

There were multiple car parking bay's available at the front of the store.
Excellent customer service. I was having issues with pairing a wireless headset to my macbook & they told me to bring it into the store & they'll do it for me & with the friendliest customer service she was successful in doing so. I'm abundantly grateful to the Harvey Norman online & in-store support team:)

The worse place you will buy your products.i bought washing machine 1jan and still haven't received today is 27jan and I call them they still don't know when they can deliver will never again going to purchase any thing from Harvey Norman

You get most of the stuff you need from this place. However, The girls in electronic sections are not very welcoming.

You see, the problem with Harvey Norman is their customer service as some employees there have a rude behaviour towards customers. I thought it was just a one time thing, but after going in a couple of times, I confirmed that it is the case. Everything else about the place is nice, the place has plenty of parking spots with plethora of appliances.

Dayummm the support they gave me! ️They kept an eye on my order continuously and helped me to get it asap immediately after it had arrived. They even cared to leave a voicemail as I missed the call. Lockdown ordering was tough but the Harvey Norman Broadmeadows staff just made it tons better. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work! ️

We wanted to upgrade our daughter's bedroom from teen to young adult and needed a double bed option that was affordable and durable. We looked in a lot of places and couldn't find what we needed until we came across the Palm Beach bed from Harvey Norman. Apart from the additional storage what we liked the most about this bed was that it was made from timber rather than MDF, which was especially important when it came to the slats of the bed. Despite it being lockdown and unable to visit the store, Michael, in bedding, from the Broadmeadows store assisted us superbly. He was patient with all our questions and constant calls and with his expert help we were able to buy a bed without even seeing it until it arrived. I am happy to say we are very pleased with it and would do it again with the help of assistance from people like Michael. Thank you Harvery Norman and thank you Michael!

Very poor customer service. Bought rangehood with help of staff and they guided everything wrong. When tried to return and get right size was again misguided and was asked to talk to Electrolux yourself.

Twice did I buy stuff from HN. Once a 2.5k computer and once a bed and a mattress. Both were very bad purchases and experiences. The computer broke 3 times and I had had tough time to get my money back, and the bed broke due to rubbish quality of support timber. Personally, I will never be back. Best advice from me: proceed with caution ️

Used to be a customer, staff work hard and do everything they can.

After the company took $22m in taxpayer funds (jobkeeper) it refuses to return all while taking record profits it and continuing to pay staff peanuts. There are businesses and individuals losing everything in Vic right now and that money could help. I will NEVER be a customer of Harvey Norman again, I've already totally overlooked them for one major purchase this year and there will be more

Went to purchase a new TV yesterday 12/06, the store was very busy, although i entered quickly by scanning in and have a face mask on. Was directed straight to the correct department where a sales person Jarrod was obliged to help me he was professional, polite and helpful. I had exactly what i was looking for, all the accessories and relevant information/documents ready to be paid for at the front desk within 15mins. Excellent service considering it being a hectic Saturday afternoon. Thank you very much.

Mostafa was an amazing sales person as soon as I walked into the store. It was quick and easy as he helped me find what I needed and explained the product and service very well. I highly recommend him to anyone that goes to that store! Fantastic service!

Huge store with a great range of lounge suites, beds and appliences. The staff are friendly and helpful making for a great shopping experience.

Great HN store to visit when in need. There is a lady in appliances section (Mauna, sorry if I misspelled the name) she was great. Very knowledgeable regarding all the white goods and customer service was on another level.

I purchased a washing machine from Harvery Norman over 2 months ago being told it will be delivered within 2 weeks and the delivery still hasnt been delivered so i decided to call asking to know when the delivery will come and they told me i had to wait another month. Growing impatient, I asked to get a refund because i do not want to wait that long and they told me i cant get a refund so now i cant get my money back and i am not gonna get the product i paid for, for another month (or probably longer) which i have already been waiting 5 to 6 weeks. Also, one of the girl that worked there which works there constantly raised her voice and had a terrible attitude.ultimately i am very disappointed and disgusted with the staff and the time ive had to wait for a washing machine which i am no longer looking forward to get anymore

Don’t buy anything form them the biggest liars and untruthful workers.even the the manager Clair was too rude to deal with me.there is no follow what in invoice’s detail and the products all time delay with no option refund

Couple of weeks ago I bought 3+2 seater leather sofa which were very expensive. When they delivered my item I found out the arm rest of my 2 seater were damaged. Straight away I complained to them. The customer service manager called me yesterday and said, "the world is not perfect, things happen, bad luck, just live with it. You can still use it". I really got shocked. Last 18 years in Australia I have never found customer service like this.
Please save your time and money. Don’t go there. Worst customer service you could dream off!
