Came to see him about a simple job of shoe repair. Did a okay job but very overpriced. $150 for a very simple boot repair: half soles, heel tip and new leather innersoles. Not cheap. The guy is nice and efficient service. However the new innersoles he popped in the shoes also came unglued after 2 days of wear. The heel tip too, already wearing down. The service was good but products used were of inferior quality. So to speak I am so disappointed! Sorry but certainly a fair review.

Hamid, I can't thank you enough for restoring two much loved leather bags which has been passed down from one generation of my family to another. I had heard about the outstanding quality of your work but this exceeded all expectations - thank you! Would highly recommend you to anyone!

Hamid is brilliant, I trust him completely with all my shoes! Takes genuine care with the repairs. I'm updating this two years later with another good review following some more repairs and especially when I saw the review below - I've never been disappointed with the care and new lease of life Hamid gives to my shoes. A great local shoe repair service. We took in 6 pair of shoe and in varying disrepair and all were ready for next day pickup in fantastic condition - couldn't recommend any higher.

Impeccable, honest, swift service. You and your shoes are considered and cared for. I’d almost given up on the pair I arrived with, and was ashamed at their condition. When I picked them up (exactly when I wanted to) they were in better condition than when I BOUGHT them. This is what service should be.

What a fantastic experience I had. I dropped my new boots to be rubber-soled and Hamid said he could do it same day without any hesitation. The quality of the job was great.

Couldn’t fault Hamid and his craftmanship. We gave Hamid a really tricky task of replacing a torn zip on a leather backpack. Hamid did an amazing job and turn around was quicker than expected considering how complicated the work was. Highly recommended!

Hamid is very talented and humble. I was his new customer in 2016 and now I have been a happy customer ever since. I support his business and keep going back to his shop if I need my vintage shoes and bags repairing. From suede, leather, nubuck to fly knits, Hamid does all of them with care which is nice. I highly recommend the leather self-shining shoe cream and instant shine product sold at the shop for black leather boots. Also, his suede and nubuck mousse cleaners have been a savior. Since moving to Melbourne I have been to Hamid more than a dozen times with shoes leather belts etc.the quality of his work is outstanding and reasonably priced. Great service and a very nice guy, I can’t recommend it enough! The 2 barbers there are awesome as well, I’ve been getting my hair cut there for over 2 years now.

Just got back the first pair of shoes I let at this place. 2-year old natural leather pair of boots that I had neglected. I feel like I got a brand new pair! I highly recommend and will go back if needed!
