I spent a long time researching where best to find a handmade rug in Melbourne and decided to have a look at Hali’s selection. They have a huge range - from the more traditional looks to the very modern. We ended up with something in between, a rug we’re now obsessed with! Thank you for the amazing service (Dan dropped off three rugs so we could see how they suited the room before making a decision). We’ll be back to buy the next!

I had gone into Hali at Richmond looking at purchasing a 10 metre runner for my hallway. After having a discussion with Dan, he recommended that I purchase two runners as opposed to one. I was hesitant with idea and Dan recommended that I trial it in my home and have to say that I love it! This idea would not have crossed my mind.
Dan provided exceptional customer service, design idea and delivery the rugs to my home to trial. Price was also excellent. I will definitely be returning to purchase rugs for my dinning and living rooms.

These people were extremely helpful. Love them. Excellent range of modern and classic designs. Authentic hand made pieces. We did a price check and they are very competitive.

For a start, we have a very difficult shaped apartment and we have just finished renovating so we needed new rugs. We made a list of rug shops and Hali was the third shop (we ended up sticking with Hali) we visited the other shops but it made us more confused than ever. Chenny from Hali was fantastic from the minute we walked into the store, she was patient and extremely knowledgeable, Chenny recommended that we chose the rugs at the store and try it out at our house and see if we liked it, we took her advice and ended up buying every single one of the rugs. The whole process was smooth and faultless. After a few weeks, we decided to change the rug we initially chose for the dining room as we felt the size was a little small for the dining room so we asked if we could swap it for a bigger size. Straight away Chenny was on the phone checking all the shops around Australia, we had our dining room rug swapped from the Brisbane store within a week. This is the quickest service we've got. Hands down, Hali rugs is far the best company we've come across. There are more wonderful things I could have mentioned but it will end up being a blog lol

We had bought a fabulous rug from these guys a few years ago, so decided to check them out again for a new, forever rug. WOW! The selection amazing, but the assistance from Rick was great. It made buying a rug easy but also enjoyable. An unexpected windfall, due to a sale that was on, meant we could buy an incredible rug and saved some dollars too. Could not recommend more highly.

I was uncertain what rug would suit my home, the team helped me with options, even brought the 4 I'd shortlisted to my house and helped make me the decision PLUS gave me a 30% discount on a gorgeous rug that has completed my living room. Additionally they helped advise on the right choice for a house that has a big dog that often enters with muddy paws. Recommend 100%

I'd highly recommend going to Hali if you're after a rug. They have great quality rugs, a good range and their prices are competitive. A lot of the online stores seem to have cheaper prices but these are actually for small rugs so you need to compare sizes. The customer service at Hali is excellent - they bought a number of rugs out to my house so i could see how they worked in our spaces. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a rug!

I couldnt recommend the Hali team more highly. With a difficult entry area shape to deal with, I'd faffed around with various galleries unable to make a rug decision for years. Armed with only the brief of 'silk' and 'timeless' and a relatively restricted colour palette (as the entry was already decorated), Dan kindly visisted our home on the same day with a sample of rugs. Within 10 minutes, with Dan's expert knowledge and eye I'd found 'the one'. When a stock anomoly then resulted in the rug being unavailable, Dan incredibly generously supplied the same rug in a larger size (in stock) at no additional charge (despite being multiple thousands of dollars more) and waived freight to Tasmania. The larger rug had been outside my budget but Dan was committed to honouring the pattern I had my heart set on. It was freighter to Hobart within a couple of days. At the end of a long house renovation, I can honestly say that Ive never experienced such professional and committed coustomer service. Truely exceptional. I will be a customer for life and have been gladly referring friends since.

With fingers crossed I went into the showroom to look at rug I was hoping would be perfect for our space after searching for so long. With the help of Dan and co, I found it.
