I’m not a big writer of reviews but when the experience is so exceptional you just have to share. You don’t find service like this anymore. I had no idea a rug store could be so kind, practical, considerate and patient to make sure I got the rug I wanted. I initially didn’t know what I wanted (rugs are hard!) but they guided me through several trials to a much-loved result. Chenny and the team at Hali are super efficient and I definitely recommend using them to get your dream rug for your special place.

If I could give 6 stars I would! In lockdown I emailed and they called me within hours to FaceTime and suggest which rug to get. My sales person Chenny was so helpful and friendly and texted me back pictures with options of rug photoshopped in. I purchased same day as they were just so helpful on choosing size and style and had it delivered two days later. The delivery guy Tom was also so helpful to drop off in the rain and went above and beyond. Chenny has just been so brilliant overall post delivery and I can’t recommend their consult service enough!

As soon as we walked into Hali Carpets Richmond we were immediately looked after by Tom, one of the many friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We needed a large rug to match an existing Persian rug and after many suggestions we saw one that we really liked. Tom could tell us all about the rug - it was the right size but he could tell us how it was made, where it came from and the suitability of where we were placing it. The prices are very competitive compared to other rug retailers. As we were still not sure it would suit we asked if we could take it home on approval, not only was that acceptable (unlike the other carpet places we had visited) but also if it wasn’t right they would send out one of the staff to our home to look and advise what may be suitable, at no cost. We met Dan, the owner, a very friendly and professional person who has a great company ethos of ensuring the customer is happy and looked after. We are delighted with the rug and particularly the advice and service and frankly would not consider going anywhere else in the future.

Amazing customer service. Chenny provided a consult online and gave me some options of which I chose one. Delivered to my door the next day and it is perfect! I highly recommend Hali.

Hali were so helpful. We told Aphram the size of the room and a few of the colours and it was like he could see it. He suggested a larger rug than we were looking at, not to be pushy but he was just right, it filled out the room better going under both sofas. The quality of the rug is excellent. Very fast delivery.

Haleem is a total professional - completely across his product, with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share, both about the range and how the options might best suit our home. We have recently moved into a new house and were a bit uncertain about how to choose from Hali’s large range of rugs, but Haleem was able to give really solid insights into how the various styles, materials and colours would work in the rooms and with our furniture.

The rugs themselves are absolutely beautiful and cover all price points, so we were almost overwhelmed by choice, however ultimately we bought three - one from the Luxe range for the largest room and two handtufted options for smaller areas. They were delivered the next day and look fantastic. We need a few more and will definitely get them from Haleem at Hali in Richmond. The showroom, range and customer service ticks all the boxes. Really great purchasing experience!

They provided me with the best knowledge and expertise to help choose the right rugs. They went above and beyond to get the rugs delivered and made the process of changing sizes so easy. We purchased a 4 x 3 meter champagne coloured bamboo silk rug. Excellent customer service by Haleem. He guided us through our purchase. Was patient with us and very accommodating. They were kind enough to organise the micro seal and delivery within a short timeframe. The delivery guys were excellent and placed the rug in position for us including rearranging the furniture and furniture placement. I would definitely recommend this store for high quality and well priced rugs.

With so many wonderful rugs to choose from it can be a difficult task to choose what is going to look the best in your environment. Aphram gave us both helpful advice at the showroom and came to our house with the selection of rugs we were interested in. We could then clearly see which rugs would best suit our living room. A very positive purchasing experience.

Dan was constantly in communication with updates of delivery schedules and the rug arrived finally without a problem. The rug looks amazing.
