Amazing service from Haleem today! After a horrible experience with another retailer, Haleem made the search for a rug an enjoyable one. He was able to organise the delivery of two rugs so we could see what they looked like in our home, which made the choice much easier! A big shout out to Fraser too, who brought those rugs around only a couple hours after we were in store. The rugs themselves are gorgeous and feel so lush underfoot. Highly recommend Hali Rugs if you’re after great and friendly service and beautiful rugs.

Hali rugs have an excellent selection and we were able to take the rug we were interested in home to check that it worked for the space. Rebecca was professional and easy to deal with and provided excellent information including the care requirements to prolong the life of the rug. I would recommend requesting her when purchasing. Overall very happy with the rug we ended up purchasing, it is going to be a feature of the home for years to come.

My partner and I purchased a beautiful rug for our lounge/living area on Monday from Hali rugs Richmond. The service we received from Haleem was awesome, Haleem showed lots of patience with us trying to decide between rugs and at no point pressured us to buy. The rug was delivered to us free of charge the following day by an extremely polite person named Simon, although we didn’t require help to lay the rug by moving furniture etc, Simon offered to do all this for us, but we declined as we in the middle of spring cleaning the space, the fact though that this was also offered as part of the service was most appreciated by us, not to mention a follow up call from Haleem to check we were happy with the rug delivery etc. Thankyou Hali Rugs Richmond, especially Haleem and Simon

All the finer details were sorted with her great knowledge of the rugs and sizing so we were happy with the advice provided. We did finally visit the Melbourne store to touch and feel and place the final order and the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional in their approach. Very helpful selection and style advice. Great to have selection of rugs in home setting to assess under different light conditions. Price not negotiable but delivery and underlay was at no cost. Very satisfied.
