We received excellent help and advice from Haleem at Hali's Richmond store. It was our first visit to this store, and we were very impressed with the range of styles displayed.

We found the the staff at Hali Richmond to be very friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. It did not take long to decide on the rugs we chose as we had visited the website earlier and done some research. Their beautiful rugs were displayed well and staff were quick to understand what we were looking for and guided us accordingly.
No need to shop around, Hali Richmond won’t disappoint.

I had such an amazing experience at Hali Rugs in Richmond. I emailed a few photos of my space for advice from the team and had a swift response with a few rug ideas (with images of them in my space) from Chenny who was so lovely and accommodating. I went into store to take a look at the rugs in person and was lucky enough that Chenny was in store that day.
