Manager Adrian was extremely efficient in helping with hair concerns. Extremely amazing customer service.

Tried to organise an appointment when I was in town for my daughter for a hair appointment and if we could get in urgently. Saw 3 staff sitting there doing absolutely nothing and were not keen to fit me in. Place couldn't be any lazier and all staff probably need to be reviewed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been to hairhouse warehouse northland many times and I always hated going there because of how rude the staff was and how they put themselves before customers so I stopped buying from them. Then everything changed when I met the manager Adrian. I hope you see this review because I am so happy with your exceptional customer service and how you welcome your customers with a smile. His product knowledge is excellent and he knows what works best for each hair type. But most of all he knows how to treat his customers unlike the other staff members there that could learn from him. I will defiantly keep coming back. Keep up the great work Adrian!

Terrible, staff unwilling to help and act like your interrupting their day when you go into purchase a small item such as hairspray. Suggest going to priceline or somewhere similar instead.

Good place to go if you enjoy waiting for the staff to finish their personal conversations before serving you.

Awful piercer, awful experience. Piercer had an attitude and looked sleazy as. Piercing equipment looked grotty and not sterile. She had no idea what she was talking about and came across as a know it all. Don't come here to get pierced!

Recently had my hair-cut at Hairhouse Warehouse in Northland, Very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate and come back again.
Simone was wonderful, she really understood what I wanted and had a very professional nature towards her work, very easy to engage in conversation.

Booked an appointment over the phone only for there to be no record of it when i showed up and i needed it done that day. Will never be going back.

Just had my hair coloured by Mariah and cut by tinisha both ladies did 10 of 10 job thank you very much i definitely be back again

The man in the salon section was so rude on the phone, so unhelpful, unfriendly and condescending. Won't even go ithere to try the services after that.
