Had a stacked lobe piercing by Holly, and my daughter had an existing piercing cleaned up and jewellery changed. Holly sets a shining example of what customer service should be. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, taking time with you and making sure you are ok. Her workstation is spotlessly clean and sterile. Piercing was swift and painless. Highly recommend Holly and will return for all other piercings

My son went to have his coloured purple and came out with burgundy coloured hair!

Had the best piercing experience at this Hairhouse with Holly! I’ve been to loads of piercers and Holly was by far the best. I got an industrial and she was very careful to make sure that my anatomy was right and that there was plenty of space for swelling.
Highly recommend getting pierced here any time!

The staff members are beautiful and sweet and they make great coffees ever they know how to make me very happy

I visited this store today and was served by someone named Rajita? I asked for a full head of foils and showed her a picture of what I wanted. I have dark brown hair and wanted to go fully blonde and to make sure that she would do it right I triple checked to make sure that she knew that I wanted to do a full head bleach and tone. She proceeded to start as normal but only did highlights after I told her i wanted a full bleach. She proceeded to tell me this looks better. I was not happy as I now have to pay $250 for something I did not ask for. I now have to seek another hairdresser to dye it black again and will have to wait months to go back to blonde. I needed my hair bleached for an event and have been waiting the appropriate duration to get this done. If your head office could contact me as I would like a refund for her damage.

They preformed the most amazing transformation! I went from hair half the way down to my butt to the rockabilly look of my dreams.

The best part is my old hair was donated to charity.

Shanadem was absolutely amazing. She made my whole piercing experience smooth and perfect. Definitely will be back for her. 10/10. She is very professional and does her job well and loves what she does! In saying that all the workers were friendly and nice. This kind of experience makes you leave with a smile from ear to ear as you leave the door.

Got a last minute septum piercing today just before my flight home! Thanks Holly for a wonderful, gentle, clean, neat, cute and suitable piercing. Hope to see you again for something new next time I'm in Victoria. I'll make a special trip to you guys.

Holly is incredible! I tend to faint with piercings, but she made me feel so comfortable & calm throughout the whole process (and I didn't faint!) I'll definitely be back:)

I've worked with Holly several times regarding my face piercings. Every time I stop into Hairhouse to look at jewellery or just talk about the piercings I'm thinking of, I have always been attended to by friendly team members and Holly has made herself available to provide in-depth advice.

Holly is a great piercer, and her enthusiasm and respect for her profession inspires confidence. The Hairhouse Northland shop is well-staffed and the customer service is attentive, helpful and friendly. The jewellery and piercing range is extensive, and the piercing rooms very hygenic, clinical and professional.

Obviously, I highly rate Hairhouse Northland and Holly in particular for all piercing advice, jewellery and procedures!

Went in for my septum today and Holly and Bella were both amazing. I was super nervous for this piercing and they both did a great of reassuring me and talking me through every step of the process. Very happy with my result, would never get pierced anywhere else.

Have been pierced by both Holly and Bella and I couldn’t say better things about both of them. They are both educated on safe piercing and are so lovely. Went in today and was pierced by Bella even considering how busy it was she took the time to ensure my piercings were amazing while helping me heal a piercing done incorrectly elsewhere. I got my Dermal pierced and purchased some earring. Such a great customer service from Holly. She was fantastic and so kind.

Spontaneously went in to get my ear pierced. It was quick! All the staff were friendly and helpful.
