Thank you Ritika. Amazing! I asked for a balayage, wow she did an amazing work and made sure my ends and curls were cut with at most professionalism as I have wavy and curl hair! Due to a previous experience I was worried with the colour I had to choose and she guided me and all I can say she made ma day! My hair looked straight and I could get a lovely comment from my partner you who is bit hard to compliment! Thanks and looking forward to seeing more! Hairhouse Northland does have an amazing team! I got my septum pierced and although the service was good, and the piercer was very nice, the piercing is noticeably crooked and the ring has been inserted on a backwards slant. I'm disappointed because this was a piercing I had been looking forward to for a while and will probably have for the rest of my life despite the awkward crookedness

Ritika the hairdresser was absolutely wonderful. Her ability to style and recommend things for your hair type is great.

Hairhouse Warehouse in Northland is seriously the absolute best place to get hair goods and piercings. I got my third piercing today, and ive been there many other times with friends, and I don't have a single bad thing to say. Bella is my usual piercer and along with the other girls she is absolutely stunning. They even make it easy for someone like me, who has a serious fear of needles.

Ritika has been an amazing help these past few months with my hair. It was very dry and choppy but she has helped me understand how to care for my hair properly and has done an amazing job bringing back my self confidence!

Definitely recommend for extensions as she’s been awesome at altering them to fit me and my hair type 10/10

Bella @ Hairhouse Northland helped me style my existing piercings and pierced my conch today. As always, the service was amazing & the selection is endless for all your piercings needs. Bella took her time to get the angle right, knowing I wanted to pop a hoop in it once it’s healed. She made me feel comfortable & I had complete trust in her (super important when someone is putting holes in your ears!). My husband got a new helix piercing too and it looks great. Won’t be long until I am back for my next piercing I am sure.x

Holly also pierced my belly button recently when so many piercers have turned me away in the past because of the structure of my belly which made me believe I just couldn’t have one as they didn’t know how to pierce it. Holly knew an alternative way from constantly learning new techniques, and helped me achieve a long wanted piercing of mine I was made to believe I couldn’t have to which I was blown away was made possible? Teamwork really makes the dream work, and the team here are a prime example of that, I couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re wanting to start your journey or change piercer/get a piercing spontaneously as you are guaranteed to be in good hands no matter who you can see. ️

This is my second time coming back to Ritika. I love how positive and energetic she is but it is her knowledge and experience is why I'm now a continual customer. Today, I came in with hair that had regrowth, it was long, drabby and heavy and to top it, I was indecisive with what I want done but she showed me suggestions that suited my face shape, reassured me and really listened to my suggestion. I recently went and got some new piercings here and the service was amazing. Holly and Bella were both really helpful while picking out jewellery and helping me decide on placement. They were really professional and very considerate which made me feel more comfortable. Definitely recommend coming here for your next piercing if you want great service and a wide range of jewellery options. I will definitely be coming back here to get my next piercing!

I had the best cut and colour from Ritika. No doubt she is the best. I had tried so many hairdressers but came out the best result for color and cut with boost blowway. Keep up the good work my dear. Thanks heaps.

My 5 year old had her ears pierced.
The staff were efficient and friendly and made her feel at ease. Spent time marking her ears so they were even and the result is one very happy girl!

Bella walked my daughter through her first piercings so patiently. The studio was clean and calm. And the piercings look great! Highly recommend. Five stars.

Very bad experience with piercing.it took around 3 months to piercing yet still not recovered and having bleeding too. The girl who did it, i sent her message on insta too when had problem but still now no response. Will never ever recommend to anyone

I have been getting my hair looked after by Ritika for a while now and she never ceases to amaze with the results! Whether it's a hair colour job or styling, every time she has managed it with care and professionalism, delivering some awesome looks! Based on reviews looks like their hairdressing services are good. Retail experience was different. Decided to keratese shampoo and conditioner and had no help for 10mins as there were the different types. Basically picked one for the salesgirl just to assist with payment. Went back 2 days later during off peak to get the hair oil and was told there was no stock. Had to ask the salesgirl to show me alternatives which she did with disinterest. Left promptly in 3 minutes and did an online order elsewhere. Will be trying another hair House outlet

The lady was super nice and peircing was painless i enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back:)
