Staff don't wear any face masks despite being mandatory. This shows a blatant disregard for the health and safety of their customers.
Avoid especially seeing there are so many better close by options.

Great service from the new lady with blonde hair (i forgot name sorry) but she was more helpful than the other staff and provided me with great info on products! Fantastic job! Please make sure she is recognised for her hard work

Even during the long lockdown Hairhouse has shown the highest level of customer service I've ever seen.

After my door dash driver miss handled and didn't complete my delivery the staff were compassionate and so considerate, they made sure I was completely in the loop throughout the hassle of dealing with my door dash driver.
The manager has offered to hand deliver the package for me which is a beacon of light during these trying times.

Massive attitude problem with staff member when we asked for product help. Didnt want to help us. We felt like an inconvenience.

I wont to purchose a dye for hair and when walked in i was toldd by warkars that i must leave becasue i was beings roude!

I bought a tube of tint last week and it was $15. I sent my daughter in today with clear instructions. She is sold 2 tubes and not one at a total of $50.10. Thats $25.05 each. Disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Directing customers to your most expensive line with an option and telling her she needs two. She did not ask for a base tint. She asked for a certain base with a reflect. Hairdressers ripping hairdressers in this time of crisis. You wont be seeing us again even if we are fellow retailers in Northland SC. I will be directing customers elsewhere.

I came into the store a few weeks ago to request the piercer remove a recent tragus piercing I got done elsewhere that wasn't healing. She had a look and could immediately tell the bar the original piercer used was half the size too small and thats the likely cause of the constant irritation and infection. The piercer gave me the option to change for a longer bar to salvage the piercing at no cost, even though I got the piercing done at a completely different company. Unfortunately the quality of jewelry plus constant infections meant that the ball and bar fused together and it took her 2t minutes through me swearing and almost crying in pain to get it out. She persevered and managed to remove it, and replace with a longer titanium bar
Immediately the following day I noticed an improvement and 3 weeks later it has completely healed. I wish I took down her name but if you're reading this she has facial piercings everywhere and coloured dreadlocks. Thank you for your advice and patience!

My partner bought me the Muk curl stick V2.0 for Christmas which came with a free Muk shampoo and conditioner. Christmas day comes and I decide to give this curler a spin so I wash my hair with the new shampoo and conditioner before using the curling stick for the first time. I have very thick, long hair so ideally I want to use something that makes hair maintenance easier for me. This product is not bad by any means, but personally it did not work for me. I have so much hair, I found my hair couldn't hold comfortably around the stick so we took it back to North land Hair house warehouse and the response to my dilemma was straight out SLACK. They wouldn't consider a refund as they would not accommodate "change of mind", so my only option was in-store credit which frustrated us even more because I didn't want anything from the store. Further, they took the value of the 'free' shampoo & conditioner' off my initial credit which reduced it by a further $30. To use "change of mind" as a scapegoat was just poor form given the product simply could not satisfy me as the user and could not perform to expectation on my type of hair. Had it done what I needed it to do in order to give me a better experience, 100% I would have kept it! Taking the free shampoo value off the top was just the icing on the cake. My partner felt like he'd made the biggest mistake in the world purchasing my gift from these guys. Place is a wrought and the lack of empathy and understanding is among the worst customer service I've had to date. Check your staff!

Just had a really lovely shopping experience at Hairhouse Warehouse in Northland Shopping Centre. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I'm sorry I didn't manage to catch the two employees names (I visited today - friday at about 8: 10pm) but I was really impressed by their service! I will definitely come back.

Very disappointed with the service and advice from this store in particular. They did not have the normal tint colour/brand I use and they sold me something completely different. My hair is no longer medium blonde, rather a green dull brown. I will now have to have it professionally bleached to get rid of the awful colour they sold me. I rang them a week ago and spoke to the supposed “manager” and she said they would contact me. Have heard nothing. Awful service.
They have “0” care factor.

I have been here many times before for piercings and the staff have always made me feel valued. It's always been hygienic and professional, and I've never had any problems with my piercings! Definitely my go to for all piercings in the future.

Sold me labret jewelry that was supposedly surgical steel, it definitely wasn't & my face rejected it. I've had a beauty spot piercing for 15 years & within 2 weeks my piercing was in such bad shape I thought I was going to have to let it heal & repierce it. The jewelry was done up so ridiculously tight I couldn't get it out of my face by myself. It was overall a bad choice to buy jewelry here. If their stock makes an established piercing react like mine I can't imagine how it would go in a fresh one. Do not recommend buying the jewelry here. I also don't recommend getting a piercing here because their jewelry is not what they say it is, if their standard equipment is lacking what else is? Very painful, bad experience.

Poor selection of stock and overpriced compared to other Hairhouse Warehouse locations. Will avoid shopping here from now on.

I went in today after a horror experience with a different hairdresser. The assistant that served me was so knowledgeable, kind, and gave excellent advice on how to protect my hair following the disaster bleach job I’d received the day before. Customer service on point. Thank you!

Booked in for a hair cut 3 days in advance, got there to be told my appointment wasn’t in the system (and it was definitely booked at northland as I checked my call log). Got told to wait 20 mins then I could be seen, only to wait an hour and then be told they couldn’t do it. Thanks for wasting my time. Absolutely useless.
