70 I'm a massive GYG fan! Love the food and their amazing guacamole.
But GYG Cranbourne. Is a massive let down to the GYG brand. I've been there twice now. Wasn't happy with the taste and freshness of the food at all!
Will not be going back.
I ordered two burritos with chicken and sick after taking one bite. Chicken was totally burnt, tasted like charcoal. Disgusting
Food is bland and unbalanced. I ordered the burrito and it really needed some guac or lettuce to lighten it. My wife got the enchilada and it was absolutely huge and tasteless. Everything was too salty.
The music was too loud and the staff wouldn't talk louder so you could barely tell what they are saying.
Go here if you like bland boring food, otherwise you can make much better with an old el paso kit.
The food was tasty and the coffee was lovely but I have to take a star away as the seats were very uncomfortable for people with bad backs (like me)
We love the food here. Very tasty and plenty of it. A big choice of drinks, softies, coffee & tea, beers and cocktails. Condiments are "Help yourself" bar and a good selection. Don't know what real Mexican tastes like and don't care really. This is good and tasty!
Sent us the wrong order but their phone is off and it tells you to leave a voicemail but their voicemail is full. Still have the wrong order, so we had to reorder and pay. Zero stars. Very unprofessional.
The food has been great here on multiple occasions. However this time they forgot to provide the salad dressing with my salad for takeaway. I know its not a big thing, but when I tried to call up, their phones arent answered by real people and instead your asked to leave a name and number for them to call you back. Not professional at all, but there is room for improvement in customer service.
I had such an amazing time. There was a fantastic vibe and great food. A super family friendly restaurant with great atmosphere and excellent crew.
Great food. Love that they got a drive through. Also plenty of car parks if you want to eat in. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Great atmosphere overall. Highly recommended for anyone who like Mexican food.
