DISAPPOINTED!
Had to wait in Drive Through over 20 minutes, service is absolutely poor! Ordered a burrito bowl paid EXTRA to add guac, sour cream and jalapeños. There was no sour cream and only one jalapeño! SERIOUSLY?
Very very disappointing, will never return

I drive past here on my way to work and decided to stop in and get breakfast one morning after hearing great things about it. I pulled into the drive through at 7 and was refused service by the girl at the window because they had only just opened and they were not ready. I was asked to wait another ten minutes. I left and will not return

Gyg is awesome, great food fairly expensive but the quality of the good is great, if you like nachos i recommend eating them as quickly as possible as they do lose their crunchiness the longer they stay in the box, staff are super friendly. Great job to the GYG staff

Waited a good 30mins for my online order as cars flew past in the drive-thru. Was thinking my service wouldn't take too long but people were getting their orders faster than mine too.
Wasted 30mins of my 45min work break watching this disorganized mess. Should have gone through the drive-thru and been served faster.

I think that Guzman Y Gomez has a solid product and some good ideas. But execution can be hard when your employ kids. Service is slow. The line for the drive-thru can easily be 20 plus minutes. The drive-thru is very poorly laid out and like all double drive-thrus doesn't work. The food is great when its cooked well. But 70% of the time you get a plate of soggy onion lacking any appeal. Coffee is astoundingly good. Prices predictably high.
I think if the trained the kids a bit better and worked on their systems they would have one of the better products around.

As take away goes this place is classic Tex Mex. I enjoyed the food but it could use a little more flavour and I'll add it to the list of places where "hot" isn't even tangy. Service is really quick. Ordered via the app and picked up in the drive through.

Happened once too often! Did a drive thru - Today it was stale, cold fries and a bland tasting burrito! Not on G y G!

Very busy location.
I believe the operational flow can improve a bit.

Order numbers should be displayed on a screen or some once ready until picked up. (Sometimes can't hear the number being called.)

Good food just check your order cause they always mess the order up and then they get annoyed at you when you take it back which is weird cause I didn't get the order wrong or not put in all of the food awesome if the gave me a voucher for all the stuff I payed for and never received!

Bought chicken bowls for dinner from this place today and dissapointed to see how small the portion was. They were bought for my young kids and they said it was half the size they normally get.

Lovely mannered, bright, cheery and friendly staff. Great food. Store manager is an absolute delight, really lovely woman.

Partner and I have been craving and eating nachos on repeat and Guzman y Gomez in Cranbourne had been fast, reliable and on point for us every time... EXCEPT today! We've always ordered no beans and what do I find in my food? A bean! I am allergic to beans

This place would normally definitely deserve a 5 star in my book but all it took was ONE mistake. I could have died!

The food is great and fresh as they seem to always have it cooked to order. I come here a lot to get their breakfast burritos with coffee for only $11 as it's good value, although i don't understand why they open at 8am only, not any earlier.
The service is always great when I go to this particular one, but on Saturday the 30th March, the girl who served was not up to par with the other counter girls, but i guess there's always one to spoil the bunch.
Overall, great atmosphere as they always have mexican/latin music in the background, the toilets are clean, and the food is great! I recommend this place.

Hey guys awesome food all the times I’ve come here, couldn’t complain have soo much range to chose from I had my first burrito ever! Then was hooked.haha try their burrito bowls they are to die for.

My wife and I had been thinking about trying guzman y Gomez since it opened in Cranbourne. We finally decided to go as we love Mexican food and were excited to try. My wife ordered a chicken enchilada in a meal with a drink and chips. The enchilada had more beans than anything else and was inedible. The chips were soft and seemed like 2nd quality potatoes. I ordered 3 beef mince tacos, which they gave me pulled beef. After they fixed it up, I looked at my tacos and they just looked sad. Carelessly thrown on a disposal plate and wrapped in a tortilla that was soggy and looked and tasted like it had been microwaved. My son didnt even eat he's chips, which is one of his favourite snacks.
I feel like I've been robbed of $45 and I wouldn't go back if you paid me. Extremely disappointing.

The food is delicious and the staff are always ready with a smile and happy to help me out. I love the music here!

Simply the best Mexican Food experience I have ever had! While using the drive-thru, the service was friendly and most importantly quick but overall the flavour in the chicken and beef tacos is unbelievable! Will be back soon, Gracias!

Be careful, both me and my partner got salmonella from a chicken burrito and we where ill for days.will never come back.staff are rude and cant speak proper english

If you don't like Mexican, you're not human.this place and all other GyG is the bomb. Enchilada with spicy chicken and extra pork is my all time favourite.

Well the app itself gave us directions to the restaurant, however it took us to the back of the dumpsters. On the app I ordered for it to be ready by 7: 15 however it said it was ready right then thus our food was cold by the time we got there. Also not very clear on the free sign up burrito, thought I was getting a free one but no, nothing. Overall would not go here again.
