I want to give a 5 star I really do.
The food is a 5, but the constant missing guac, and chips and getting spicy when I order mild
The amount of guac I've paid for and never received is frustrating.
The food is amazing, but please just take a little bit more care when it comes to completing the order correctly, because I do want to continue supporting this buisness but I will find another place if this just keeps happening

It has a really really slow take away. Even a sloth is faster than them. I am giving them 2 star for the food. The slow take is not one time event with me but it happens even time, I try to have a take away from them. If you have extra 45 mins to waste. Please feel free to try this.

Apple maps has the wrong address for this place, we eventually found it and I ordered a barramundi burrito to be told 5 minutes after they had no barramundi then waited another 25 minutes for our food, I would avoid this spot at all costs as their are far superior options in the area

Usually love gyg, but this store is atrocious with getting orders right! Order said to substitute dairy with chimi mex mayo (vegan) …. Came with both! Not that difficult, people! You could make people very very sick with your negligence.tonnes of employees and none can read… sad! I should report!

Best fast food in Cranbourne. If your going to one of the big 3 instead of GYG you are missing out big time. It tastes better and it’s healthier (apparently? !).

Horrible customer service
Ordered online and it showed pick up at 934 I went at 940assuming my good would have become cold
But they took 40min after I reached to get my order out
Understand that in busy periods its hard to deliver on time but the lag of 30-40min is not acceptable.
There was no point of ordering ahead in the app
At least they could mention 5min here and there so we can come and pick up.
Better to go to store and order
Food was ok eventhough I waited so long I got one of my bowl wrong as they didn't add sour cream to my order total negative experience nothing positive to write here.horrible experience would never order on app ever

Ordered via Uber eats tonight and my order arrived unsealed. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste of money.

Went to the Cranbourne store today and the food was fine but we placed our order and while waiting took a seat and then once our order was ready we were told we couldn’t eat in. There were staff eating at the inside tables and the outside dining area was a total mess. Seemed funny that tables and chairs were all set up in the restaurant with no signage stating there was no dine in available. Please let customers know when you have restrictions that are above the state government’s current regulations.

Staff allowed a customer to have their dog in the shop. Disgusting. Food was expensive for what was offered. Dips are supposed to be added for meal orders not included. Medium chips were uninspired, $9.50 for two tacos? Mushroom no meat. Omg never going back here.

Got drive thru 40 mins after waiting in line and it was cold, raw and disgusting. Worst management and getting kids for this job a complete joke.

Walked into the restaurant at 10: 26
Stood at the counter waiting to be served for 5 minutes, someone finally approved me at 10: 31, I asked for something off the breakfast menu and was told sorry we don’t serve breakfast after 10: 30,
When I showed her the time on my phone that it was 10: 31 all I got back was “nothing we can do about it”
How pathetic!

All staff deserve a raise, all work so well under pressure every single day, every encounter I’ve had with a worker here has been a great experience. Food is always great. Menulog food is also amazing when ordered from here. This place never disappoints! I absolutely LOVE this place.

I love Mexican food, but this would have to be the worst Mexican I’ve had. The nacho’s had barely any topping, basically a box of corn chips. The hot chips had so much seasoning on it they were inedible. Will never buy from this store again.

Let me share my own experience:

Today I had a Menulog delivery. I waited for 1 hour to collect. They asked me the number of delivery for three times and wrote on the paper. It was getting late.

I asked her the reason for delay, the she ignored me impolitely while saying, “I don’t know”. At the end, she just put the food very heavily on the table and whispered some impolite words. I just took my way saying nothing because she was a teenager. I respect them but I suggest they must be trained. As a customer I have the right to ask for explanation of delay but it shouldn’t be ended up with poor and impolite behavior.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered 2 breakfast burritos this morning through drive through waited at the payment windows for 20 minutes and no one came to the windows to take payment so I drove the next window only to be told I had to re drive around and wait in the drive through queue to pay back at the first windows that no one was attending for 20 mins. Their excuse sorry you just have to we are a bit busy. I decided to drive off and not worry about getting the food. No matter what time of day you attend rthe cranbourne store the drive thru service is atrocious

Ordered a cali burrito from GYG in cranbourne tonight and it was absolutely disgusting. The way it was wrapped up.there was avocado and cheese and juice from the meat coming out through the foil.leaking into the bag. This made the wrap very soggy and wet and the wrap was coming undone. When I picked it up to eat it, my hands were covered in oil. I had to pat the wrap down with paper towel so it wouldn't slip out of my hands! The foil that covers the wrap was not even probably wrapped. It was scrunched and didn't even cover the burrito properly. Terrible! I could only eat a small amount before throwing it away as it just kept falling apart. The wrap tasted like wet dough. Usually the food is really good here but not tonight! Do better.especially when people are waiting an hour in the car park line.

Food was cold, waited over an hour for food and the store was absolutely packed, couldn't move for all the people in there. Really disappointed after I spent $90 for food that was almost inedible when I got home.

Slowest Drive-thru in ALL of Melbourne! If not Victoria! I love Guzman food but your Cranbourne drive-thru needs some serious work! You need to park cars if their food isn’t ready. It is really taking away the experience of good food if we have to waste half a tank of fuel just to get through your drive-thru!

25 mins wait through the drive through to be served by a rude young lady at the pick up window when I tried to verify my ordered because they had the last order wrong. Ordered Vegan Mayo no cheese and got home my tacos as cheese. The large chips was half full!
