As someone who loves some good mexican food, please don't put that in my mouth. No burrito deserves chips inside it. It just doesn't taste right. Whoever thought of this menu, please go to los angeles and taste some good mexican food and please serve some horchata. Thanks

We have been here a few times, always a disappointment. The food is not fresh, the chicken is burnt and shy on fillings.
Never again am I coming here.

Ive been coming to this Guzman ever since it has opened and i would a get a spicy chicken Cali burrito on the weekly. Every week i crave one and every week they consistantly deliver. The food here is always good and the staff are always friendly. Love coming here. Always an awesome experience. Keep up the good work. Cant wait for my Burrito on the weekend!

Have been coming to GYG for ages and love the food.

A future enhancement to make the front line teams job easier would to have a similar ordering system to McDonald's with utilising a television screen when ordering online. This would reduce the number of order errors. By using a TV screen stating the status of customer's orders it would eleavate a few things:
1. Customers getting impatient and hassling the front line staff
2. Customers waiting for food that may have already been called out but weren't on site to hear/receive the meal. Then finding their food has been sitting on the counter getting cold.

Knowing there is a TV screen that has an image on it it could be better utilised for the above approach.

Otherwise I love this place.

Not worth the money, the money you spend you can make your own at home for half the price and taste better. Been here twice now, gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time, don’t know what for coz I was even more disappointed this time than the first. If you want a mini soft shell with a tablespoonful of meat and a pinch of salads/cheese then go ahead but definitely not worth $5 per taco. I would say $2.50. Who knows, maybe the Cranbourne store are just tight-a$$es, other stores might be better. Also, their “mild” is too hot for small children, my daughter kept having to have mouthfuls of her drink after each bite, I think in future they should advise parents that their “mild” selection still has a kick to it, because we were very disappointed, my daughter couldn’t even eat her dinner because of the spices. Honestly don’t know what all the hype is about because if I could give them a 0 I would.

Not sure what has happened to this place in the last couple of months but portion sizes are half the size of what they usually were (literally receive half filled containers as other customers have stated) and stale chips! Twice in a row now. Extremely disappointing as this was a favourite of ours. Looks like we will be going elsewhere.

After ordering at the drive through window we had to wait literally half an hour before we got our brekky and coffee. Both the food and coffee was cold and soggy.

Spoke to a girl on the phone and was very helpful with informing myself about allergens in certain food and how to order food.

I liked the tacos, but found the portions to be small for me. Three tacos, the biggest size, was a small snack for me, but very tasty.

If someone from Mr Marks team reads this, can I pls request the order ready token display. Placed 3 orders on app took 85 mins to pick up the orders. So the first burrito was soggy, chips were below average and last burrito was as expected, nice. This used to be the joint to visit for quick, tasty food now if you have ordered then you are on mercy of someone picking order and making it. Chaotic is the word.

EDIT: Was 50% they get our order wrong but getting worse so now 60-70% of the time, Sometimes lacking fillings and spices. Food quality not consistent. Don't seem to have the same issue with Moorabbin store.

Just ordered off doordash, ordered mini nacho fries but got mini nachos instead.its not the biggest deal, im just a little disappointed and wish the staff were more careful.it seems like whoever put the order through, mustve mistaken 'mini nacho fries' for 'mini nachos'

Best fast food available in Australia, by far. I absolutely love this place - burritos, enchiladas, you name it, they do it well here.

They are very very Slow when comes to the service. Had to wait long time! Other branches are good but this Cranbourne branch is not worth it.

Waiting in the drive thru bay for 45min. Not sure if anyone is actually in charge what a joke. The reviews look like they stand up, unprofessional.

Terrible drive thru layout and no signs to state that you must enter the drive thru a specific way causing other cars to be cut off while others cut in line. Blocks off one of the lanes during one of their busiest times to take rubbish to the bins. One of the workers was rude when explaining why they were closing the lane while there was a line of cars waiting to enter that lane and just puts the cone in front of our car to stop us from getting through.

The service is getting worse and worse. The youngsters that work there are not adequately trained to work at a busy store such as this one. Cutting costs on customer service is not a good idea. They spend way too much time chatting amongst themselves and snickering at customers than makimg sure the ordering is correct and that the job is properly done. The orders are constantly backed up. The food gets cold as they let it die there while the chips are cooked. The organisation, well there is none! They all walk around aimlessly! The wrong orders get sent out all the time! The wait time varies from 20 minutes to 50 minutes (I waited this long on the few occasions I ordered) both online or in person you will wait! There is no customer service, no manners, no thank you, no sorry, no you're welcome! The system they have in place currently us not working! Change it! Fix it! They keep changing over managers, so if you have an issue it will never be solved, they will look at you dumbfounded the next time you return or call up. The quantity of food also varies. At times you'll get a properly filled burito bowl or wrap, other times you'll be lucky to get 2 pieces of meat inside. The chips is filled half way, I don't know why it is hard to fill up the chips container? It really is such a shambles at this Cranbourne Guzman y Gomez. It is so far gone that it will take lots of retraining and good overall senior management to oversee this store if they want the complaints and bad reviews to stop. I could go on, but I'm so tired of this store and emotionally stressing over something I can't control.

It’s a shame because at one point I really did enjoy their food however since lockdown every time I’ve ordered I’ve received burnt chicken in my food. Like sometimes every chicken piece in my burrito bowl or taco is burnt and completely inedible. The fountain gate one doesn’t do this as much but I’m sick of ordering thinking this time they won’t give me burnt chicken but they always do. It’s quite sad actually because their menu is one of my favourites but its really unhealthy to have whole black pieces of chicken in your meal.
