Gradi at Crown

Lovely place, Great food but way too expensive for us. Weren't told that a bottle of water was $11 dollars. Got two bottles over dinner and a big surprise afterwards.

Very disappointed went all the way there took us over one hour to get there had seen Anthony Callea promote it on some TV show.the Gradi pizza was laden with prosciutto in the promotion. On our pizza there was 3 pieces of prosciutto the rest cheese rocket and sauce not worth the money in my opinion will not return.

First time visit to this 400 Gradi restaurant on a Saturday night. Atmosphere was average, our waiter Bruno was awesome. He was attentive, knowledgeable in regards to the menu and wine. We ordered as a starter a selection of cheese and sliced meats and whilst this was presented very well, we were disappointed that the mortadella was served sliced quite thick which in our opinion rendered it quite unflavorsome. However, the salami we ordered was sliced perfectly Coming from a Sicilian background, mortadella needs to be eaten thinly sliced in order to appreciate its unique flavor. Pizza was our main course accompanied with a garlic focaccia, both were excellent and served hot. I highly recommend this establishment and would return again. Well done to all involved!

Poor customer service experience, but the food was tasty and the atmosphere excellent - love seeing the meats and cheeses. Would give them a go again to see if the experience was just someone's bad night.

I ordered the award winning margharita pizza as well as a other pizzas. I was quite disappointed considering it won the best margharita pizza in the world. It was nice but nothing that spectacular. The pastas were much better than the pizzas however the serving size was miniscule considering the price. Overall, quite disappointed as I could definitely get the same quality of food else where for a fraction of the price. Staff were friendly and service was great though.

It was a work dinner. The food was great but the entire meal did take a little too long to finish. The floor staff seemed a little stressed. I would definitely come here again though and would recommend it.

Amazingly good pizza. Interesting and creative.however, service was abysmal. Drink order took 24 mins. Dinner order taken 20 mins after drinks received. The bill we waited for 45 minutes after plates were cleared before receiving it.

Cooking and serving was quick. But man the pizza there literally can’t call themselves the “best pizza in the world” as they posted at the front entrance. The crust was too hard and thin, toppings were.sorry to say.average

Great last time with steak and pizza but this time very disappointed. Bland pasta dishes and a waitress who came across rude and even though asked a couple of times, we never managed to get some tap water, got our beers at least.

The food and decorations were great. We left it for our waitress to pick whatever recommended and we were pleased with the result.
Recommend booking in advance as it can get very crowded.
