We recently celebrated an 80th birthday at Gods Kithen, Mornington. We were warmly welcomed by friendly and efficient staff. The food was delightful with a wide ranging menu and fair range of vegetarian options. Given the variety of orders, the food was.hot and promptly delivered. It was great to see Coopers Pale Ale on tap. The birthday girl enjoyed herself and all in the party agreed it was a great choice of venue. A big thank you from all of us to the manager and staff

I normally drive from Melbourne and dine at God’s Kitchen. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great.
If I happen to book last minute, a staff member always manages to accomodate. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Dean and staff. Today the calamari were beautiful!

Had the best night at gods! Came for a friends birthday and it couldn’t have gone any better. Great food, service and atmosphere, can’t wait to come back!

Can’t fault God’s Kitchen at all, definitely lived up to the name… the food was heavenly! We had the special pasta, chicken wings, mushroom pizza, hot chips and for dessert the chocolate obsession and affogato. We ate it all wasn’t a crumb left! Food came out fast and staff were very friendly. The drag bingo was such a good time, hilarious. Will definitely be back.

Not the venue our host thought it was. Very nightclub/pub, not dinner/pub. People vaping inside not appreciated. Not appropriate for a 50th birthday whoops. Suited for a younger group who just want easy food. Friendly staff, had a good chat with the bouncers.

Delicious food, friendly staff, incredible music and just a great all round venue! Highly recommend!

Genuinely could not fault a thing, I dined at Gods for dinner and can I just say 10/10. Not just a ‘ fun time place ‘ fine dinning style food that oozes in flavour and quality. Please do yourself a favour and visit next time your around Mornington.

So good! The eye fillet was one of the best steaks I've had in years, so tasty. And what a lovely venue, off the main strip so not part of the crush, love loved it

Beautiful converted church with really great food at reasonable prices. We went for a Kath & Kim Trivia Night which was fun and I plan on going again during the day as the beer garden is awesome! Great little place just off the Main street of Mornington. Staff are lovely too.

Staff are super rude - i told them i was deaf and they said “yeah but i can hear you so just tell me your order next time “ after i showed them my phone notes app with my order clearly on there! I felt so embarrassed and shamed for trying to make mine and their life easier - the only reason i like this place is the music and the prices: (

What a great venue! We hired the function room/beer garden for our daughter's 21st. Lovely party area, well sheltered. All the staff were fantastic to deal with nothing was too much trouble from catering to the video and music as well as letting us in early to decorate. The food was delicious and plenty of it and reasonably priced. Catering and bar tab were super easy to organise. A fantastic night. Highly recommend

Good earlier in the evening with prompt service and good pub food, just make sure to avoid after 7pm, it can get really busy with a lot of cocktails being served, the whole 'vibe' changes

I had impeccable service and they were very accommodating especially considering the density limits. The food was delicious, I especially enjoyed the potato rosties. I would highly recommend this place.

WORST SERVICE IN MORNINGTON the two stars are for the chefs only but had to deduct as they forgot a basic loaded fries and messed up the steak order but I’m sure it’s from the unprofessional waiter who scribbled the order down like a doctor’s prescription.
Other than that The Food is great, and this is the only reason I booked for a table of 8 as we have been there before as two and they seemed to handle the small group fine. When we got there, we had table near front door. Hate the booths as we had to shuffle four people out to get one out. One guy who was the nicest one there, must have noticed so he found us a new booth. Better but my two adult children had to share one chair and kept sliding off. TABLE SERVICE is a joke! Within first five minutes they ask if we want to order. Taking off his mask to talk at us mind you in COVID. We said we would need a while. So he went off again. He was unprofessional, dressed like he had just woken up too.
I had my hand up for ten minutes and staff kept walking past. Finally the rude non mask compliant waiter came past. He had scribbled our order down and my husband knew it was going to be messed up as a result. Sure enough, about 50 minutes later when the food arrived in drabs, one steak was well done instead of rare, and the fries (my daughters) were forgotten all together. Instead of making hers free, they gave a beer to one of the other guests. They are all adults and hers was forgotten so hers should have been free. Not a beer for the other guy whose meal arrived on time. One of the guys ordered a cocktail. The rude waiter said it’s sweet. The guy who ordered is a professional bar tender and said it’s fine, but the waiter argued with him like he didn’t want to place the order or something.
This waiter Needs to go. I don’t know if he’s the manager but he’s a pig. Wear your mask. Don’t argue with guests. Don’t yell at my husband for ordering at the bar because you didn’t service our table so after 12 minutes of wanting drinks with No Service, he was forced to order at the bar. If you are allocated a table who are obviously spending more money than the cute girls your age at the front, then service it!
Pick up girls on your own time.

Gorgeous venue, perfect place for a few drinks, huge range of cocktails, live music and great vibes.
The Food is amazing, best Parma I’ve had and their bad boy chips are out of this world.
Staff were all friendly and very accommodating.
If you’re in Mornington and you don’t visit Gods kitchen you’re doing yourself an injustice.
