From the moment i stepped in the door to pick up samples, i was greeted with fantastic customer services, ordering was seamless, the designers got it right the first time and we had our invitations in under a week. Very impressed, highly recommended.

Hi, my partner and I we very excited for our externally delux wedding invitations. We really required professional and prompt service as we had only 4 months left. I will say that the front of house service and communication was 100% although when she wasn’t around the communication and knowledge of the staff was very lacking. It seems as though the bussiness fell like match stikes with out her.
Once our invitations were made we were advised, however were sent to the wrong address, wrong state in Australia and was an absolute pain to retrieve the delivered invitations, however we managed to have the customer who accepted the parcel to return them. Although the front of house had been prompt and sent our invitations to be reprinted imeedietly we had to pick up the returned invitations as they arrived a few days earlier than the reprint. We were disappointed that no compensation of the shipping fee or even something to add to make up for the additional stress of getting our origional invitations down who was ALOT of work to arrange and organise. In the end it all felt like a bother and inconvenience, there was no real sencier appology when my partner drove in to pick up the invitations or a a willingness to answer questions she had. Overal, our review is based wholly and not on one individual to make a bussiness what it is and in the end we are greatly dissatisfied. Much more work needs to be done for the rest of the staff needs to be much more capable. We are now 3 months out of our wedding date and means our rsvps have much less time to reply and some have possibly missed out by literally a week by booking holidays ect who we would have loved to be there! To pay a very high price for below complete service is Below par with the cost. Not worth the stress based of one persons compitence and help through this. More could have been done.

The experience of working with the team at Giant was truely stress free. I ordered a sample, spoke with a consultant, ordered the invites online and picked them up all within two weeks. I felt like it was to easy to be true and waited for the moment something would go wrong, but it was perfect. My guest loved their invites and we got great feedback about how beautiful they were. Couldn’t recommend Giant enough to people.you won’t be disappointed.

The invitations arrived and they went above my expectations. The overall quality of the designs is amazing and the arrived on time.
