We had a great experience with the Giant Invitations team, from the design stage, through to picking up our wedding invites! The quality of the invitations exceeded our expectations!

The invites looked beautiful once they got delivered. However the communication along the way was extremely poor.

The last straw was when I asked for a couple of blank envelopes incase I had forgotten anyone. When they arrived, Giant had provided two envelopes with the word blank literally printed on them. I would not expect this when I was paying over $900 for some invites. Dont they proof check the printing? Probably not as they seem to blame clients for their lack of communication

I have recently used Giant invitations for my wedding invitations and bridal shower invitations. Atilla, Katerina and their production team had my invitations ready in a small turn around. For my wedding invitations we chose Acrylic invitations which takes longer than but with the help of Giant Invitations I received them in no time.my bridal shower invitations was ready in just a few hours and ready to be picked up! I loved my experience when dealing with Giant invitations expecially Atilla! Atilla was very helpful as I was not very organised and left my invitations for very late. I am in love how my invitations have turned out. All my guests have complimented on how great my invitations look. Giant invitations have so many options for your perfect event! Not only is their range of invitation designs and templates endless, they have very competitive prices and they made the online process of designing & editing the proofs so seamless! The designer was quick to respond to all of our requested edits/tweaks and safe to say we are so in love with our wedding invites. MASSIVE DELAYS
We ordered our wedding invitation on 20th January 2022, paid almost $1000 and 28 days later still no news on when we will receive it.
The phone number is unreachable. I'm starting to wonder if we got scammed.

Worst experience ever. Never got my refund back. I was always told someone will contact me in a week, someone will sending you an email regarding your refund, never ever got it. Very very very unprofessional And really bad experience.

28 DAYS LATER NO INVITATIONS
Our order was placed and paid on 20th January 2022, its been >28 days, still no news, apparently a problem on their end with production. Would not risk booking with this unreliable company.

Just received our invitations and they’re even been better than we imagined. The editing process was so easy and quick. The turnaround time is also fantastic - approved our invitations on 22/2 and received them today 4/3. Thanks so much to the team!

Extremely frustrating and stressful - ordered 20/8/2021 (so 8 weeks now even though they promise 5-8 days) and still no update on our invitations. We consistently have to be chasing our contact for updates.

I'm not one to write reviews but this is appalling - the service was great with the gentleman at the start of process however at the design/production just got worse and worse.

I was expecting a much better service for the money we paid for this.
