I have had the most incredible experience with Giant Invitations, the team has gone above and beyond for me! They are extremely helpful, kind and talented. I have just received my wedding invitations and they are amazing! I am so impressed that I have just placed a second order for all my signage, table items (menus, thank you notes and name placements) and seating chart. If you are looking for extra unique and special wedding items with the extra support of an incredible team then Giant Invitations in a must! I couldn't recommend them enough!

Attila and the team and Giant Invitations were great and easy to work with! No problem was to hard to solve! Will come back to get any event stationary from them!

We are so grateful to giant invitations for doing our invitations and all our wedding signage. We were able to keep everything cohesive and exactly to our theme. It was honestly such an exciting and easy process. Honestly cannot fault the experience we have had.

I can’t thank Attila enough! He saved the day! I rang him to explain that I had tried to create invites for my sister-n-law to be, however it all went terribly wrong. He assured me that he would be able to help this urgent matter! I met with him, we collaborated and came up with beautiful invites! He gave me an accurate turn around time and delivered.
My advice to anyone out there, is meet with Attila, however understand that running a business is hard! Whilst trying to accommodate customers the best he can, things come up to that are out of his hands. I was hesitant a little about some of the reviews, but knew I was in good hands when I met with him. Thank you Attila.

We loved the finish and quality of our wedding invitations through Giant Invitations and so did our guests who gave us lovely comments about them. While the process to come to the final design took a little longer than we anticipated and at times frustrating in communicating our desired changes while being designed, I believe the price and quality more than made up for any qualms we had with the service itself.

This company is so unprofessional. The quoting stage took weeks instead of days, which cut time out of my deadline, but they assured me everything would still be delivered on time. They lied - all I got was missed deadlines on their part, when I called to see where my order was, they said it was sent, but when it arrived there were missing envelopes, causing everyone so much stress. I had to pay over $200 for express shipping for the missing items, which was NOT reimbursed. Had a direct line to the owner, Attila, who said he would figure out what went wrong, but never heard back from him. I called and emailed 4 or 5 times and he just ghosted me after they took my money, NEVER use this company.

The process was fairly quick and easy and we were really happy with the service that was provided during the draft process.
We absolutely love the finished product and highly recommend Giant Invitations.

I have been holding off on this review and given giant invitations many opportunities to rectify their errors but enough is enough! I purchased my wedding invites from them which were beautiful. Went to pick them up in store. When we came home, we immediately assembled them and noticed there were some envelopes missing, including a names envelope. I contacted them immediately. They sent the blank ones however didn’t bother with the named envelope. I messaged a few times with reminders and even called twice to which I kept hearing they would escalate it and get back to me- never happened to this day!
I then noticed that we were missing 4 wishing well cards which I told them about too.
Earlier this year before the invitation drama, I paid a deposit for a seating chart, welcome sign and placecards. After all of this, we decided we couldn’t trust the company to be stress free and called to cancel the order. Was told to send through banking details and it would be processed by the end of the week. 2 weeks later and nothing. I’ve Facebook messaged 3-4 times to which I’m being left on read and ignored. My emails have been ignored. And yesterday I was left on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on! How do I get my money back from this company? ! They’ve literally been nothing but a headache

The invitations and quality are absolutely stunning but we were so disappointed with the customer service we received. I had so much trouble getting in touch to chase my quote as well as follow up the progress and it made the whole process extremely stressful.

The invitations we received were different to the proof that i approved but thankfully this was more of an aesthetic error and I could still send my invitations out.

I had been planning to also organise our menus and seating charts though Giant but unfortunately my experience, and the experience of those I had suggested Giant to has made me completely lose confidence in them.

Incredible invitation at high quality, communication was always great and quick responses, very easy to work with and highly recommended.

Worst company ever! Don't waste your time or money. I paid in full for my order and never received it, even after multiple phone calls and emails. All of which went unanswered. 1 star is too generous!

Attila, Valerie and the team at Giant Invitations were wonderful through the process of designing our dream wedding invitations! They were able to provide great advice, get samples out quickly and produce our invites in a very short period of time due to our rushed timeline. The invites are high-quality and all our family/friends loved them!

I don’t know where to begin from but Val customer support has been an absolute angel. Trying to plan for a wedding is one thing and perfecting it is another task plus working full time but all this wouldn’t have been made possible without Val consistent support and help. She’s so patient and was literally one of the few people that have managed to put up with me. She always fulfilled what I have asked in the time I have expected to have things done. Always there to answer my emails and phone calls and kept all the positivity and the very helpful attitude. Thank you so much Val for everything you’ve done for me and for the wonderful design; thank you for being the reason behind having my guests saying “they’re the best invitation they’ve received! ”

A big thank you to Attila and the team at Giant invitations for their amazing service! The easiest stationary company I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

I ordered my invitations online. I paid my $1000 and went through the proofing process. We needed to request 2 changes from Giant Invitations as the invites were wrong due to them (i.e a double space between words, a comma removed when we didn't request it etc).

After a week or two after the proofing process we received an email advising our stock was discontinued and that we could pick another design and receive a 20% discount and refund of the difference.

We reluctantly proceeded as we were tight on time and these were our wedding invites so running to a deadline.

We have received the new invites however my emails and phone calls in regard to our refund have gone unanswered. Our new invites were cheaper than our original ones so I am not asking Giant Invitations to follow through with a discount, simply a refund which I am more than in my rights to receive.

This company has designers who don't pay attention and a customer service team who are non responsive.

1 Star - do not use if your invites are for anything important to you - it is not worth the stress and hassle.

I am so thrilled with my invitations from giant invitations! The customer service was fantastic, we popped into the store without an appointment and were looked after immediately and the lovely lady in there took her time to go through all the samples with us. The design process was so smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

I was able to use my own design with Giant Invitations to make my wedding invitations and they turned out beautifully!
