Absolute waste of money and completely third class food. And when you complain answer is taste of your mouth is not good today. What a disgrace. Never heard that before. Wonder how are they surviving?

Entree' are good but main course meals are not even average. Sitting space is ample for big gatherings

Had a bad experience about 6 months ago. We went dinner with some friends and was served off kheer (rice padding. Then thought giving them a second chance, went yesterday food was rubbish. Curries were run down with water. Taste less, wife had to get pickles to finish her food. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my naan bread. Then the coke I ordered was flat. Please owner learn from the Indian restaurant across the road from you.

Ordered at 6.30pm online via their website hadnt arrived by 7.30 so called them to see whats happening and they didnt even recieve my order but i had gotten a confirmation email. They said itd be here in 20 minutes and arrived at around 8. Absolutely unacceptable as i live a 2 minute drive from the restaurant. Delievery driver was unapologetic and in the end was a complete waste of money because the food was beyond average. Will never go or order here again and i suggest you dont either! Horrible customer service and food.

Last time I dined at Ghazala, about two years ago, the food and service was amazing. I took my partner here last week and we walked away very unhappy. The service was dismal, a staff member greated us in track paints and a hoody, put us in the corner of an empty dining room next to an empty buffet which was clearly being used as storage. Our drinks took 20 minutes to be prepared, even though the staff were not busy at all. The food was hit and miss. The lamb dishes were okay, but the chicken dishes were cold and congealed. The chicken had cartilage and the bread was burned. We walked away feeling a little quezzy and that continued right through the night. Will not be dining here again

My visit to Ghazal was an accident. After driving down the street a couple of times, trying to find a restaurant that was open on a Monday, I came across this gem. It was an airy light-filled venue with pleasant staff that refreshingly up-sold me some entrees (you don’t see that very often these days). The food was elegant and quite unlike the “smack-in-your-face”, bold Indian flavours. It was quite refreshing that the food showed some restraint. We had the chicken tikka which was tender and succulent, some sort of a chaat that was crunchy, salty, sweet and delicious, a baingan bharta and the most delicious goat Bhuna that I have ever tasted! Definitely worth the visit and I will be back for sure.

Fantastic and mouthwatering food. Excellent variety. Great personalised customer service. Only drawback was slow in refills.
