Terrible food, terrible quality and pathetic service. Went for Buffett. Staffs were busy in chatting with each other and hardly stocking up dishes or spoons. People have been waiting on long queue and still not refilling food and surving cold food. When asked staffs were standing like dumb blaming eachother. Completely unprofessional.

Booked party for 22 people. At the time of booking told us there will be another birthday party as well. We don't mind. After sometimes, other party Punjabi guys started music so loudly, we couldn't talk on same table person. Didn't told us they'll have loud loud music. Wasted around one n half hours unnecessarily. Unbelivably loud, it really hurts in the ear. Complained to the staff n owner. Staff/Owner mentioned other people paid extra for loud music.can't believe it.
Seriously, it proves that owner is after money only and no consideration of other's existence in the restaurant.
Foodwise, very disappointing, no taste. I think they need to improvement quality seriously if they want to sustain in such competitive market. Although, Staff were very copoperative and helpful. So, if booking with them and having another party, ensure they are having loud music or not.

Wish their was option for negative ratings,

Please don’t order here unless you ready to order dinner again somewhere else.

I am telling this from my personal experience they are delivering one of the best food and in a very hygienic way also

My dinner went very well here I enjoyed my Meal lot as well as they are very very good in terms of hyegine

Coffee was fresh, the corned beef hash is amazing and homemade, even the toast was good! Oh, and the potato pancakes! Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back

Really bad service. Tried calling so many times no one bother to answer the call. Even we went to their restaurant to be told to wait outside yet there were hardly any customers to dine in for buffet. Very bad

Hello. Please give our thanks to the Manager and others for the wonderful room and bottle of sparkling wine for our Anniversary stay. We had an amazing time. The room was so comfortable, the food at Echo absolutely spectacular

Horrible experience where I pre booked a table last weekend in advance and the staff decided to call half hour before my dine in time and said they "just got my booking" and can't accommodate me as they had another party (while I was already on the way). The only option I was provided was to eat and leave is half hour. Worst management and horrible customer service!

Such a shame. I am a chef and it feels bad writing this review but this experience needs to be shared. Just had the entrees, and the tikki chat they are serving was off. It smelt bad and tasted even worse. I choked on a napkin. Didn’t proceed with the mains either. No apologies nothing else and charged me 28 bucks. Disgusting experience.

10 people went to this Ghazal restaurant inc kids and super disappointed for the food they served. Chicken tikka masala was not real tikka just normal chicken. And the chicken 65 looks like fried red colored chicken and poor quality of the dal makhni. The chicken was off too.
If you can’t deliver real Indian taste please “Nam kharab mat Karo”” find another business. Worst Indian cuisine everrrrr

Contrary to the negative reviews  below, I must say that my family and I had a fabulous experience hosting our function at Ghazal. The Event went so well coordinated. The food was lip smacking and the staff were extremely prompt at the service offered. The refill of food was prompt. From inception to the event finalisation everything was spot on. Ghazal has most definitely lifted their standards and you must give them a go to experience  what they have to offer. Special thanks to the Staff,   Aman and Sukh as they were well coordinated and ensured that my guests were well looked after. The owner was very supportive and was willing to accommodate most of my requests without overcharging. Good Vibes!

I highly recommend to everyone I had great experience and ilmy family enjoyed alot.

Amazing experienced. Great place for the hosting function and their foods are delicious with the all Indian spices and taste. Highly recommended to all.

We took the buffet today evening (Fri, 30 Jul). It was one of the worst experiences in total. Service was okay considering only very limited staff was there. However, the food quality was pathetic to say the least. Except papdi chaat, everything else lacked flavour. Malai kofta was stale, butter chicken gravy tasted exactly like it came from a packet/bottle. The buffet was not filled promptly (waited for steamed rice for long, goat curry did not have any goat pieces left and was closed in the middle of the buffet). Left the place feeling horrible and a bad taste in the mouth. Not worthy at all!

Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, which looked more like Kadahi Chicken with normal chicken pieces not the chicken tikka pieces and capsicum etc. When called they justified saying they don't use chicken tikka pieces in chicken tikka masala (but just the normal pieces) and it is just about the gravy in chicken tikka 'masala' not the pieces. I was amazed at their explanation.very disappointed. Everywhere else I have eaten chicken tikka masala included proper char grilled chicken tikka pieces in it.
Experience with chicken tikka masala without chicken tikka was not so good.

Waste of money, we ordered paneer tikka masala and we got the normal onion tomato watery gravy. Paneer was aweful. We order vegetable biryani and it was basically pulao. Not recommended. Most pathetic service

They have buffet system but Food is not tasty. Fish fried in old oil, main menu was cold. Bar is good but I think they need to take care of their food taste.

The ambience of the restaurant is good. The two stars is for the food, recently had the buffet there, very very very average food. The entree was good but the mains were average at best, out of all the main gravies only one or two were good. I have had better gulab jamuns from packed tins we get in the indian store. Absolute waste of money. Would not be visiting again. Chef please taste the food before you send it out.

The staff were friendly and helpful 4 stars for them.
