Don't honour online pricing, called to check stock, when I got there they wanted $400 more than advertised price. No apology just "mistakes happen" Very poor customer service.the customers always wrong.

Always have what I need. As well as professional and friendly service. The only music store I could find in Melbourne that stock the drum sticks I use too! My go to drum store!

Bought my first Fender amp at 100 Mt Alexander Rd in 1983 and been going back regularly because of the great service.
