Definitely recommend for any audio gear or musical instruments.

GH is the best of the bunch and I can see why they are still in business.
Customer service is amazing, I was looking at making an impulse purchase of $2500, this is the first guitar shop I have been too that not only encouraged me to not too, instead they went out of their way to try bring the price down even lower and allow for a layby so it wouldn't have as much of a financial impact on my life.

Unfortunately I still wasn't able to acquire the guitar due to needing to save my pennies for a house deposit, but that doesn't change the fact that this company did everything int heir power to help me. 10/10

I dealt with Morgan from GH's guitar section. Not only did I get a great price on my Maton guitar but the care and professional way it was packaged for transit was beyond my expectations. GH staff let me wander around until I find the thing I want to buy or not. They never pressure or hassle me, but provide good advice and price when I ask.

Chose a guitar which I would like to try out, and the staff just left me alone to do my thing till I am satisfied (without a know it all fella telling me stuff, which happens with some stores I've been to), whilst feeling a bit embarassed with my skills since I've not been playing for a couple of years T_T.

Got a Japanese made Ibanez, at a reasonable price, with one of the best necks I've ever played as a result. Would definitely come again once I've got more funds ;-)

Visited this store recently to browse for Electric Guitars. Sales staff were friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable too. Non pushy approach and a great range.

I never had the interest in going here. It wasn't in my area, it seemed like just another Billy Hyde.
Firstly, I was SO WRONG.
I dealt with Morgan and can I say, it's been a long time since I walked into a music store and felt comfortable. No judgement, just friendly advice and passion in what he does.
Helped show me all the different tones on a 5 string bass and wasn't pushy at all.

Also, he actually acknowledged and conversed with my partner, which is a rarity when going into music stores. She mentioned how comfortable she was in there.

Helped me on price and installed strap locks on it free of charge.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great range of products and have good sales on every so often. I will highly recommend anyone needing music gear to go check them out.

Prices used to be great but having to get a better price by showing other stores are cheaper every time kind of sucks.

The guys here are super nice and helpful! I bought a keyboard here recently and Rob even dropped me home with it when he heard I would have to try and carry it on the train. Hard to find a store where they care about customers like this!

Got too frustrated with pathetic Storedj, and absolutely love GH. For tech, instruments, honesty and proper service with the customer's best interest in mind they are number 1.

The service seemed poor to me, walked around for a bit before anyone asked if I needed help, they seemed way to busy chatting amongst themselves, to bother with a mere customer.

I ordered a guitar that took three months to arrive, it was very overpriced and the service was friendly but quite bad. Since my last visit I have found products that GH sells, for a fraction of the price elsewhere. For example, a string cutter they sell, I found for half the price at a different store.

It was ok, i havent been in here for about 5 years, last time i had a muso show me everything. This time was just a saleman

Came here to pick up a guitar and some electric drums. Left with a guitar and electric drums. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, a little flexible on the price too. The only thing I didn’t like was having to put through two transactions at the separate counters. Now I’m rocking out on my guitar while my 3 yr old makes noises on the drums

Really helpful staff, no fluffing about and a large range of music gear. The staff I have dealt with have all been great beyond expectation.
Highly recommend a trip here for quite a well rounded store
