German Service Shop

We started going to service our two BMWs at the German Service Shop on the recommendation of a friend and have been going there for 3 years. We are very happy with the work of Brad’s team. It’s good value for money i.e. Much better pricing than any BMW dealer. The friendly team there is so welcoming. And they will go the extra mile for you if they can. They’re trustworthy too - so much so I once got them to drop my car back to our house and park it in our garage while we were overseas.

Sick of being ripped off by Mercedes I started looking for somewhere else to get my A45 serviced. I found German Service Shop and have not been disappointed. The customer service is exceptional. You will never feel like you are being ripped off or taken advantage of, in fact the complete opposite - They are easy to deal with and extremely reasonable with their prices. Plus when I pick up my car it looks brand new! I never hesitate in recommending these guys to everyone I know!

Brad and the guys are the best in town. I had a lot of work done on my Audi Q5. The quality of repairs and service attitude were brilliant. They don't quit till they get it right and the prices are extremely reasonable. You can feel they pride they have in their work. A rare find indeed!

Service very good. Price as expected, no surprises. Staff always kept me informed regarding parts needed and pricing beforehand.

All I can say is the service I've received from Brad and his team is excellent. Brad goes out of his way to help and whenever I've called about something, he always has time for his customers. I know our car is in great hands with him and his team so I always recommend him to our friends and colleagues when they need anything done on their car.

In 2008 the fuel guage on my slk230 started malfunctioning and my regular mechanic couldnt locate the fault. I ended up taking it one of melbourne largest mercedes dealers who quoted me $1500 which i did not accept. Fast forward 10 years, and German Service Shop fixed it for $1000. Only wish I'd found them sooner.

So I decided to visit these ‘switched on’ guys a visit after being conned by Midas in Qld.

They are a very friendly and open place. Very sincere and honest guys.

I had a electrical issue with my car and Sven and Brad actually fixed the underlying issue instead of selling me an expensive part costing $$$.

I am very pleased with the team here and will definitely be going back for future repairs and services.

They are very reasonable for the quality of work they do.

After constantly being ripped off by car people over the years (paying lots only to find issues unresolved), it is SUCH a breathe of fresh air to feel at ease that German Service Shop just wants to do a good job and make customers happy! Knowing that they have the right values and know their stuff makes me want to only trust them with our Mini Cooper. The price is reasonable, and they even inspected my car today as part of our customership to ensure I would have a safe drive from Melbourne to Sydney. They did a proper technical checkup with a report on every little thing to keep an eye on and on the way gave our door a little oil for squeakiness. They do what they do oit of passion and professionalism. Love these guys and they deserve all the business as possible!
