German Service Shop

I cannot fault the service here. After years of going to a dodgy mechanic I have finally found somewhere honest. Thorough inspection and good prices. These guys know what they are talking about and happy to explain in detail. I will definitely be coming back again and will 100% recommend to family and friends. Not to mention leaving with a nice clean car:) absolutely fantastic work guys! Appreciate it!

Brad, Sven and the team at German Service Shop come highly recommended. For over 5 years they have looked after our BMW's, Merc's and more recently the company Rangie. They are trusted, reliable professionals that truly understand customer service.

Brad and Sven and the team are friendly, responsive communicators, let you know what's what clearly and fairly. All aspects of their work are first rate. They do the best deal for you and they know what they are doing. They care about your car. You can tell they enjoy their work and it shows. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Edit: Brought my car in for a 165000kms service. Overall very happy with end result. The engine carbon built up cleaning that was recommended was great. Very pleased with the outcome.

To Brad and Sven, A big thanks for the service and for going above and beyond to help diagnose a knocking noise on my front suspension. As a mechanics daughter my father would do all the maintenance, service and repairs on my vehicles, however as a result of his retirement we were on the hunt for his replacement. After trying numerous recommended mechanics around Melbourne we finally landed on Brad and his team. I immediately felt I could trust Brad with his diagnosis and pricing. He takes the time to explain in Layman's terms and will answer any questions. He went above and beyond my expectations to rectify an issue I had with my vehicle and was relentless in his pursuit to provide a resolution while maintaining outstanding customer service. Very pleased with the work and with the way the team handle themselves. Totally professional and did a great job on my BMW 520d. They also fixed a puncture and did a few other things to the car that they didn't charge me for as a show of good faith.

After dealing with typical BMW stealership service/mechanics, I took the plunge to get my car looked at by Brad and his team & it was the smartest decision I made. Fancy BMW's "M technicians" not being able to diagnose & "recreate" a problem - yet Brad pin pointed the problem the day after i dropped my car off. The car is FINALLY running as an M should and throughout the process Brad & his crew were honest, mindful and delivered everything they promised. I recently purchased a BMW X5m and have been looking for somewhere to look after it, I had a warning light come on and I just turned up unannounced today and asked for a bit of help and advice, Sven was fantastic and took me thru a detailed summary of my car and ran some checks, topped me up with oil and explained all of the information I needed, I will be using these guys now for all of my servicing needs and I would highly recommend to anyone.
